Give me your sadness, I will be beside you always, I will wipe away the darkness, I am your friend. You are a beloved
child of god you are my only concern. I will heal you; fill you with tenderness, fill you with the light and love of the
universal light.
Please let me help you, I will place my arms around you; I will keep you safe and loved. You are a divine soul of the
universal light soul; you have nothing to fear when I am near. I am your guardian, I am your protector, and I will never
let you be harmed.

Dear Universal Light,
I send my silent thoughts of love and appreciation to you now. I offer my thanks to the light and all its aspects of
energy. I am truly grateful for your constant guidance, communication and the many experiences that I have received
and completed with your help. Thank you for the gracious support, constant love and patience that I know is forever
mine.
I wish to send my loving thoughts to all aspects of the light that are helping and preparing the planet for its ascension.
I know that you work not for praise but because of your love for our souls and the tenderness that you feel towards
this planet. I am aware and understand that I am constantly ascending, I ask if you please that you assist this process
and impart more wisdom and understanding to not just my soul but to the world of souls that exist by my side. I am
aware of the new wondrous energy that the light is sending to the planet now and I draw this new high vibrational
energy into my heart, mind and my being as a whole. I welcome the energy of the universal light and its wisdom and

This is a prayer that you can read silently as many times as you wish. Sometimes we forget to say thank you to our
guides and the universal light so this is a special way of giving your appreciation. It will also draw to you the new
energy that flows into the earth now, drawing now helpers as well as experiences to your side.
The prayer is also inviting many kingdoms back into our world. Many have been banished from earth because of the
knowledge that they hold and the light connection that they have with the creator. Once some humans, in past years,
feared that with the help of these beings we would ascend beyond levels and live a life of pure loving bliss, they
feared that they would not have control over the masses because we would be the master of our own being. It is time
to allow the kingdoms of the light to re-enter but to also send love and healing to those with darker influences who
fear their presence on the earth.

It is I, your friend and guardian Archangel Michael. I bring you my love, protection and support; you must realise that I
am present at this time of turmoil and tragedy. You are not alone and never will be for I am by your side with a shield
of protection that shines light in the face of darkness and clears your path of fear and negativity; for another being
cannot harm your soul because of the strength of my protection. You are all safe my children.
The Creator blesses all souls in the universe and we send our support and admiration to those brave souls who
passed over and returned home, to their true home. For they are beings of pure light that chose to sacrifice their
lives on this planet Earth in order to help mankind. This we know is difficult for you to understand now but your soul
understands all and has the true sight. We must relay to you that all souls who have recently passed over are safe
and wish to send their love and support to all who have been left behind. They understand that it is much harder for
people on Earth to deal with, than it is for the souls that have passed. These souls have now rejoined the spirit world
and have began their work of radiating with us as much light and love as they can into the Earth.
For darkness grows stronger as fear spreads, the souls of many on Earth can feel the dark energies in the air, in the
atmosphere and seeping into their lives. This is understandable but we are all children of the light. I stand here today
to remind you that you have a bright flame inside of you and all that you need to do is to encourage this flame to grow
stronger and brighter and let it shine out to the world. For your light is a healer and a cleanser of all negativity, if you
shine it bright you will not only feel better but also will help lift the darkness from the other souls in the world who feel
trapped and scared. By radiating our light out to each other we can make a mass of light that is unbreakable, freeing
us from the darkness and its power. Keep your lights strong my brave souls for we must defeat the darkness. Protect
yourselves and your loved ones by imagining big white and blue bubbles of protection surrounding the aura. Call on
angels to support and heal them and I shall always be here to protect you.
I wish to discuss the tragedies that have been occurring all over the world, to you it may seem as though the earth is
spinning out of control. Loved ones are dying and lives are being loss. We cannot seem to even take control of our
own lives because there are beings on the Earth that thrive on creating havoc.
This is a very difficult thing to ask of you but please do not judge these beings, for once like you they were beings of
the light. The dark forces have influenced them, just as there is love and light coming from the Creator, there are also
souls who prefer the darker energies. These energies cannot touch or influence you if you protect yourself and let
your light shine. These souls in the spirit world and on Earth live for the power and control that they have over people.
They have realised that by filling souls with fear, negativity, uncertainty and hatred they can gain power and this then
becomes addictive as they strive for more and more. They can even influence beings on earth who maybe feeling
low or do not have the strength to protect themselves, causing disruption to the lives of many on Earth. They can
sense the fear that they have created and this allows them to feel in control and powerful. So at this darker time in
our journey of Earth I ask you to send not more negativity to these souls but to spare some of your light and send it to
these beings as gifts of a new life in the light. This is all that we can hope for. We pray that these beings can absorb
the light we send so that they may return to the light and we may all live in peace and harmony, for this is our dream
in the spirit world for all beings that have strayed to return to the light.
I must also stress that there are beings who sacrifice themselves and agreed to be the being who causes such
turmoil because they are brave and wish to learn this lesson, there may be a need for mankind to experience this
and these beings have chosen to be the ones to carry such a burden. This is something that is very difficult to explain
and I believe even harder for you to understand in your current state. Each soul chooses when it is time for them to
end their life and return home. This of course you may not know about until you are home, but throughout your life do
not fear death for it is not the end but just allows you to return to your home in the spirit world with loved ones from
Earth surrounding you and also the loved ones who have been guiding and watching over you from the spirit world.
You will some day as everyone will return to your spirit community and all confusion will vanish, love will surround you
all, all will become clear and easily seen and understood. Enjoy every day on Earth because you came here to learn
and experience how different it is to live in a physical body compared to a spiritual one. I do hope that my words
have helped to give you a clearer picture.
We all love you so much and you are constantly surrounded whether you see us or not. God loves and protects you

Part One.
My Dear Ones,
The sun rises each day and brings its light and love to the earth. The moon hangs in the sky for all who look to see, it
radiates its light, love and support to all.
Each of you in your true form is a ball of energy, golden and glowing. You must allow your own shining soul to rise,
strengthen and radiate the pure love of the creator. We are all pure beings of love that are energised each moment
by the loving thoughts sent by the creator. Allow your being to accept these loving energies and know that they can
also come in forms of angelic presence. To restore your soul into its true being of the creator is the main aim of your
life.
What is a pure being?
A being is what you are, a soul, an energy and a thought. A vessel is what you inhabit, it is a body that contains one
part of your larger soul and allows some of the energy to vibrate around the soul, outside the body in the aura. The
rest of your soul exist on the spiritual plane, it oversees the smaller parts of your soul. You are a part of your larger
soul and there are other parts of your soul that are living on earth as well different planets. Your soul allows this to
proceed because it is a way of learning lessons quickly in order to raise the vibrations of the complete soul. Your
body is your vessel but as you know each body appears and looks different. This is because you used your energy
and powerful soul to create your body. You materialised your body into physical vessel much like a space ship so
that it holds the essence of your energy. This gives you your unique looks; they are expressions of your energy with
which you made your body. Your body is also an expression of the lessons that your soul wishes to learn in this
lifetime.
You cannot live a life as you do now without your physical body. Your body cannot live or work without a divine soul
inhabiting it. Your soul can live without the aid of a body in many dimensions, planes and planets.
Your soul can still visit earth without a physical body as many do.
Take care of your body, vessel or vehicle because you created it to allow yourself to experience this life. For you will
not create a body that is exactly the same as the one you have now, it is spiritual progression that stops us
reincarnating into the same body for our next experience of life. So heal, love, support and care for this body, it is an
expression of your own spiritual being at this time in your journey.
I must say now before I am mistaken that a body that many perceive to be disfigured or disabled is not from a lower
dimension but is more likely to be from a higher plane and has come to learn a difficult lesson. They are aware of the
way that some people have been taught to react towards such souls and believe it will aid their spiritual growth
tremendously by experiencing this life.
In spirit world we are all pure beings of loving light. As we exist in our vehicles we are still pure beings of loving light.
It is the heaviness of the physical plane that affect the soul and many begin to hide their lights due to fears that are
personal and different for each soul. You aim to overcome these fears, to uncover the soul and allow it to rise like the
sun, to radiate its complete light and to allow its to hang like the moon who is present whether see it or not.

Part two.
I believe that this week I have come to enlighten you with my wisdom and opinions. The essence of a light being is a
difficult and vast subject to explain in words to a being that is concentrating on the physical. There are many beings
that don’t realise that they have a bright light inside of their body and that their natural state is a body of energy, love
and light. The physical body is just for this journey and is not our true identity.
The light that glows within could be also known as your soul or spirit. Your light body grows larger, stronger and
brighter if you nourish it with love, not just from loved ones but also from yourself. We must all learn to love ourselves,
gaining self worth and respect for your being. As a physical being awakens to their true form or being and begins to
follow their true-life path or purpose then their light within will grow as well. Your light can be any colour, for the colour
is usually associated with your soul group, the planet from which you came from or the community that is your home
in the spirit world.
Each individual has come to Earth to increase his or her light on this heavy and solid plane. The physical body can
hide your true pure being of light and love from other physical beings but the Creator and his helpers can always see
the true energy within and that’s why they always give us unconditional love, whatever we do. It is up to you to find
your inner light, to connect with it, love it and enhance its brightness.
A light body is like a candle; starved of oxygen the candle has a low and small flame. When a person doesn’t
acknowledge their true being their soul light is dull and hides away in the body. If the soul is nourished, like a candle
is nourished with oxygen then the flame grows strong, tall and radiant. By nourishing the soul with love, connecting
and listening to the true wisdom from within your soul will radiate its light and love for miles around.
This is one of our aims when on planet Earth. To connect with our inner light, inner soul or inner being, it doesn’t
matter what you chose to call it, it is your true form. There is a need to regaining your light and your inner knowledge.
Your inner knowledge is the wisdom that you have saved throughout many trips to Earth so that you may benefit from
it now, allowing you to proceed along your spiritual path. There is also a need to spread your love around the world,
to radiate your light bright so that it may touch and open the hearts of those who are willing.
As you do so you will begin to raise your vibration or energy high above the vibrations of this planet and you will
begin to ascend. To awaken to your true soul, to strengthen your light prepares you for the ascension process where
you will rise up to the next dimension. It is important to share your knowledge, wisdom, love and light with all who
wish to receive it so that we may all ascend as a group as a planet to the next dimension of our spiritual growth.
Grow spiritually along your own path, for you will find the perfect path and pace for your being. Be creative to nourish
your soul; meditate to connect with your inner light and love yourself for who you truly are. Most of all enjoy being a
being of light living in a physical body on this physical plane.

I, Djwhal Khul, greet you with blessings and love. I so adore speaking with you and knowing that you appreciate my
time and words. Today I bring into your being the cosmic energy of the universe. It is a great and powerful energy
that will promote a wonderful understanding. There is such a vast world out beyond our vision that is named the
universe. It has many layers and each has its own unique purpose. I wish to draw your attention to the cosmic grid
system that extends throughout the land and across your world. The grids are lines that have been constructed in
order to allow the divine cosmic energy of the creator to flow and support mother earth as well as her inhabitants.
We each are connected with the grids of love whether we are in physical form on the earth or in our original form on
the spiritual planes. As we each are connected to the grid it allows us to be connected with each other, with guides,
mother earth and the divine source creator. This makes us whole as a being and whole as a planet. The whole
planet is connected with the creator whether we wish to be or not, without this cosmic grid we would not be able to
survive. There are many aspects that aid our survival on this planet as light bodied beings, this is just one. If you can
imagine our connection and longing to be connected to our creator then you will realise that this has created the grid
of love that surrounds the earth and then extends out in to the universe. This grid was created many years ago when
a light bodied being was born on earth. Since then it has evolved into a giant network as more beings have come to
experience the wonders and lessons of the planet earth.
I must say that it is very difficult indeed to lose this connection as it is the very base of your being and through it flows
the love and light of the creator. This connection flows down into your crown chakra and into your being.
It is essential that you are aware of this and understand that if a negative energy obstructs the network then this can
cause damage to your connection. The connection will not break, as it cannot, however dark it becomes. This is
because negative energy is also connected to the divine, as the divine loves all.
If you are radiating light and joy from your being then you will find that your connection to the network and to the
creator will be pure and clear allowing the divine love to pass through. When you become overwhelmed with
negative energy then this can stagnate into your network connection. You can imagine that it will try to block your
network and plunge you deeper into despair. If this was to happen to many beings on earth then the network would
become very dark indeed. As it becomes filled with negativity, this energy will take over the network. Instead of
spreading light energy to each being and around the planet, all will be thrown into darkness. This may be physical
darkness but if so it will be a reflection of what is happening within the souls. The result will be loneliness and deep
anxiety for each being as their souls fears a life without light.
I am sorry to paint such a dull picture but wish you to understand the importance of the network and the importance of
not allowing it to enter into the wrong hands. We each fight to keep it of pure and loving energy. Darkness I am afraid
can only cause destruction of the planet, which will lead to greater lessons to learn.
Now that you understand this I wish to emphasis how important for your wellbeing it is to keep your own part of the
grid connection clear, pure and full of light. When this is achieved then it cannot be unpurified by the negative
energies. It is only when we do not use our connection with the creator that blockages can occur. If everyone radiates
light into their great connection then this love will spread throughout the world healing others who are becoming
blocked and spreading love across the land.
I ask you to sit quietly and gain a meditative state of mind and being in whichever way feels natural to you. Now we
shall use the energy of light, as it is the earthly symbolism of the divine love of the creator. Imagine a crystal in the
centre of your being it can be any colour that you wish. Now place the white angelic flame of light around the crystal.
This light energizes the crystals soul allowing it to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness. It fills the crystal with
divine light and lightens the frequency of the crystal. It is now free to move. Allow it to ascend to your throat chakra
and third eye until it rests at your crown chakra. Visualize or sense it pulsing its light of white and our chosen crystal
colour out into your being. Then send it up slowly through your grid connection allowing it to pulse its cleansing
energy and love as it travels. You may see the grid as a tube or a rail track, whatever you see it’s perfect for your
being. It doesn’t matter if you cannot see this just know that it is happening. Allow it to travel leaving its path of light
until you feel it has completed its work. Then bring it back down on through your connection so that it rests on top of
your crown chakra. There it will stay radiating its light. If you complete this meditation once a week then it will benefit
your being and your connection with the creator as well as spreading love around the world.
I believe that this is a great service not just for yourself but also for your world. Light is essential in this time of
planetary and personal growth and will help to promote enlightenment across the world.

we smile so openly to others without fear of being hurt or misunderstood? What a beautiful and friendly world we
would live in.

I, Kuthumi have walked many life times on this planet earth. I have experience all that you now experienced. My paths
on earth have been wide and varied so that I gained the most from each physical form. My soul’s aim was to learn all
that I could from this school, earth. Physically I wished to grow and experience but my main focus was my spiritual
journey. I realised that both physical and spiritual paths on earth are one. You cannot experience one without the
other. It is not impossible but without a physical body your experiences would be so different and without a spiritual
body we may only exist in the lower plane, if we could exist at all! I believe that you must grow spiritually using the
physical body and world as your tool of growth and enlightenment. Many souls try to go back to their spiritual level of
consciousness but you are not on earth to experience yourself as a spirit being in the spirit world, you are here to
experience yourself leading a spiritual life with physical situation and beings around you. This may seem obvious to
some of you but on other planets and at other schools that I have attended your experiences are different. Our
bodies are always different on each planet; you may be in an etheric body or an emotional body, star bodies and
water bodies are others. I don’t wish to go into this as your minds have not expanded enough for you to understand it
but my point is that you must be aware of your physical body, as it is your main tool for this journey. Your body allows
you to experience the energy of a spirit being, hear, see and smell the spirit world. These are unique experiences
that you must treasure.
I have ascended from this planet because I have mastered all the lessons that my soul gave to me while on this
planet. It took great dedication and bravery to complete my course on earth and graduate to the next level of
consciousness. I also had to come back several times as it is very difficult to learn all that is needed in one life time.
It is very common for souls to come back to earth many times. Each time they come back they have hopefully risen in
vibrations so that their experiences become more spiritually evolved until they eventually ascend from their current
physical form and life.
To ascend from your being may sound slightly frightening. I reassure you that it is not. By the time that you are about
to ascend you have such a strong connection with the creator. You are partly living in the spirit world; material items
and even beings have little meaning in your life. The beings on earth you are aware that you will see again in the
spirit world so there is no guilt of leaving them. You are prepared for this transition by your guides and are fully aware
and in control. It is a blissful experience, one that I hope you will all undergo.
Many people call me a master or a lord on earth because of my ascension to the next level. I believe I am neither; of
course I am humbled by the respect but feel unworthy. I have merely raised my vibration and am now on another level
so that my soul can grow and expand. There are so many levels of consciousness all with their unique lessons. I am
sure it will only be time before you experience the same.
Each of you has so many ambitions and goals in your life that you feel you must achieve on earth. Just remember
that each are leading you closer to the next level of consciousness if you experience them with your spiritual and
loving soul. Make sure that you gain as much knowledge about yourself from each and allow yourself to grow. Don’t
hold on to experiences of joy or hurt, allow each to pass smoothly. If you hold on tight to one part or lesson in your life

and ascending together, may we also work closely together in order to save the planet from destruction and rebuild it
with love and light.

This is a prayer that you can read silently as many times as you wish. Sometimes we forget to say thank you to our
guides and the universal light so this is a special way of giving your appreciation. It will also draw to you the new
energy that flows into the earth now, drawing now helpers as well as experiences to your side.
The prayer is also inviting many kingdoms back into our world. Many have been banished from earth because of the
knowledge that they hold and the light connection that they have with the creator. Once some humans, in past years,
feared that with the help of these beings we would ascend beyond levels and live a life of pure loving bliss, they
feared that they would not have control over the masses because we would be the master of our own being. It is time
to allow the kingdoms of the light to re-enter but to also send love and healing to those with darker influences who
fear their presence on the earth.

2005
It is I, your friend and guardian Archangel Michael. I bring you my love, protection and support; you must realise that I
am present at this time of turmoil and tragedy. You are not alone and never will be for I am by your side with a shield
of protection that shines light in the face of darkness and clears your path of fear and negativity; for another being
cannot harm your soul because of the strength of my protection. You are all safe my children.
The Creator blesses all souls in the universe and we send our support and admiration to those brave souls who
passed over and returned home, to their true home. For they are beings of pure light that chose to sacrifice their
lives on this planet Earth in order to help mankind. This we know is difficult for you to understand now but your soul
understands all and has the true sight. We must relay to you that all souls who have recently passed over are safe
and wish to send their love and support to all who have been left behind. They understand that it is much harder for
people on Earth to deal with, than it is for the souls that have passed. These souls have now rejoined the spirit world
and have began their work of radiating with us as much light and love as they can into the Earth.
For darkness grows stronger as fear spreads, the souls of many on Earth can feel the dark energies in the air, in the
atmosphere and seeping into their lives. This is understandable but we are all children of the light. I stand here today
to remind you that you have a bright flame inside of you and all that you need to do is to encourage this flame to grow
stronger and brighter and let it shine out to the world. For your light is a healer and a cleanser of all negativity, if you
shine it bright you will not only feel better but also will help lift the darkness from the other souls in the world who feel
trapped and scared. By radiating our light out to each other we can make a mass of light that is unbreakable, freeing
us from the darkness and its power. Keep your lights strong my brave souls for we must defeat the darkness. Protect
yourselves and your loved ones by imagining big white and blue bubbles of protection surrounding the aura. Call on
angels to support and heal them and I shall always be here to protect you.
I wish to discuss the tragedies that have been occurring all over the world, to you it may seem as though the earth is
spinning out of control. Loved ones are dying and lives are being loss. We cannot seem to even take control of our
own lives because there are beings on the Earth that thrive on creating havoc.
This is a very difficult thing to ask of you but please do not judge these beings, for once like you they were beings of
the light. The dark forces have influenced them, just as there is love and light coming from the Creator, there are also
souls who prefer the darker energies. These energies cannot touch or influence you if you protect yourself and let
your light shine. These souls in the spirit world and on Earth live for the power and control that they have over people.
They have realised that by filling souls with fear, negativity, uncertainty and hatred they can gain power and this then
becomes addictive as they strive for more and more. They can even influence beings on earth who maybe feeling
low or do not have the strength to protect themselves, causing disruption to the lives of many on Earth. They can
sense the fear that they have created and this allows them to feel in control and powerful. So at this darker time in
our journey of Earth I ask you to send not more negativity to these souls but to spare some of your light and send it to
these beings as gifts of a new life in the light. This is all that we can hope for. We pray that these beings can absorb
the light we send so that they may return to the light and we may all live in peace and harmony, for this is our dream
in the spirit world for all beings that have strayed to return to the light.
I must also stress that there are beings who sacrifice themselves and agreed to be the being who causes such
turmoil because they are brave and wish to learn this lesson, there may be a need for mankind to experience this
and these beings have chosen to be the ones to carry such a burden. This is something that is very difficult to explain
and I believe even harder for you to understand in your current state. Each soul chooses when it is time for them to
end their life and return home. This of course you may not know about until you are home, but throughout your life do
not fear death for it is not the end but just allows you to return to your home in the spirit world with loved ones from
Earth surrounding you and also the loved ones who have been guiding and watching over you from the spirit world.
You will some day as everyone will return to your spirit community and all confusion will vanish, love will surround you
all, all will become clear and easily seen and understood. Enjoy every day on Earth because you came here to learn
and experience how different it is to live in a physical body compared to a spiritual one. I do hope that my words
have helped to give you a clearer picture.
We all love you so much and you are constantly surrounded whether you see us or not. God loves and protects you
my children, he loves each and every one of you. You are always pure beings of love and light in his eyes. We are
surrounding and entering the Earth more than ever now, if you could only see us. We are everywhere, spreading our

Part One.
My Dear Ones,
The sun rises each day and brings its light and love to the earth. The moon hangs in the sky for all who look to see, it
radiates its light, love and support to all.
Each of you in your true form is a ball of energy, golden and glowing. You must allow your own shining soul to rise,
strengthen and radiate the pure love of the creator. We are all pure beings of love that are energised each moment
by the loving thoughts sent by the creator. Allow your being to accept these loving energies and know that they can
also come in forms of angelic presence. To restore your soul into its true being of the creator is the main aim of your
life.
What is a pure being?
A being is what you are, a soul, an energy and a thought. A vessel is what you inhabit, it is a body that contains one
part of your larger soul and allows some of the energy to vibrate around the soul, outside the body in the aura. The
rest of your soul exist on the spiritual plane, it oversees the smaller parts of your soul. You are a part of your larger
soul and there are other parts of your soul that are living on earth as well different planets. Your soul allows this to
proceed because it is a way of learning lessons quickly in order to raise the vibrations of the complete soul. Your
body is your vessel but as you know each body appears and looks different. This is because you used your energy
and powerful soul to create your body. You materialised your body into physical vessel much like a space ship so
that it holds the essence of your energy. This gives you your unique looks; they are expressions of your energy with
which you made your body. Your body is also an expression of the lessons that your soul wishes to learn in this
lifetime.
You cannot live a life as you do now without your physical body. Your body cannot live or work without a divine soul
inhabiting it. Your soul can live without the aid of a body in many dimensions, planes and planets.
Your soul can still visit earth without a physical body as many do.
Take care of your body, vessel or vehicle because you created it to allow yourself to experience this life. For you will
not create a body that is exactly the same as the one you have now, it is spiritual progression that stops us
reincarnating into the same body for our next experience of life. So heal, love, support and care for this body, it is an
expression of your own spiritual being at this time in your journey.
I must say now before I am mistaken that a body that many perceive to be disfigured or disabled is not from a lower
dimension but is more likely to be from a higher plane and has come to learn a difficult lesson. They are aware of the
way that some people have been taught to react towards such souls and believe it will aid their spiritual growth
tremendously by experiencing this life.
In spirit world we are all pure beings of loving light. As we exist in our vehicles we are still pure beings of loving light.
It is the heaviness of the physical plane that affect the soul and many begin to hide their lights due to fears that are
personal and different for each soul. You aim to overcome these fears, to uncover the soul and allow it to rise like the
sun, to radiate its complete light and to allow its to hang like the moon who is present whether see it or not.

Part two.
I believe that this week I have come to enlighten you with my wisdom and opinions. The essence of a light being is a
difficult and vast subject to explain in words to a being that is concentrating on the physical. There are many beings
that don’t realise that they have a bright light inside of their body and that their natural state is a body of energy, love
and light. The physical body is just for this journey and is not our true identity.
The light that glows within could be also known as your soul or spirit. Your light body grows larger, stronger and
brighter if you nourish it with love, not just from loved ones but also from yourself. We must all learn to love ourselves,
gaining self worth and respect for your being. As a physical being awakens to their true form or being and begins to
follow their true-life path or purpose then their light within will grow as well. Your light can be any colour, for the colour
is usually associated with your soul group, the planet from which you came from or the community that is your home
in the spirit world.
Each individual has come to Earth to increase his or her light on this heavy and solid plane. The physical body can
hide your true pure being of light and love from other physical beings but the Creator and his helpers can always see
the true energy within and that’s why they always give us unconditional love, whatever we do. It is up to you to find
your inner light, to connect with it, love it and enhance its brightness.
A light body is like a candle; starved of oxygen the candle has a low and small flame. When a person doesn’t
acknowledge their true being their soul light is dull and hides away in the body. If the soul is nourished, like a candle
is nourished with oxygen then the flame grows strong, tall and radiant. By nourishing the soul with love, connecting
and listening to the true wisdom from within your soul will radiate its light and love for miles around.
This is one of our aims when on planet Earth. To connect with our inner light, inner soul or inner being, it doesn’t
matter what you chose to call it, it is your true form. There is a need to regaining your light and your inner knowledge.
Your inner knowledge is the wisdom that you have saved throughout many trips to Earth so that you may benefit from
it now, allowing you to proceed along your spiritual path. There is also a need to spread your love around the world,
to radiate your light bright so that it may touch and open the hearts of those who are willing.
As you do so you will begin to raise your vibration or energy high above the vibrations of this planet and you will
begin to ascend. To awaken to your true soul, to strengthen your light prepares you for the ascension process where
you will rise up to the next dimension. It is important to share your knowledge, wisdom, love and light with all who
wish to receive it so that we may all ascend as a group as a planet to the next dimension of our spiritual growth.
Grow spiritually along your own path, for you will find the perfect path and pace for your being. Be creative to nourish
your soul; meditate to connect with your inner light and love yourself for who you truly are. Most of all enjoy being a
being of light living in a physical body on this physical plane.

I, Djwhal Khul, greet you with blessings and love. I so adore speaking with you and knowing that you appreciate my
time and words. Today I bring into your being the cosmic energy of the universe. It is a great and powerful energy
that will promote a wonderful understanding. There is such a vast world out beyond our vision that is named the
universe. It has many layers and each has its own unique purpose. I wish to draw your attention to the cosmic grid
system that extends throughout the land and across your world. The grids are lines that have been constructed in
order to allow the divine cosmic energy of the creator to flow and support mother earth as well as her inhabitants.
We each are connected with the grids of love whether we are in physical form on the earth or in our original form on
the spiritual planes. As we each are connected to the grid it allows us to be connected with each other, with guides,
mother earth and the divine source creator. This makes us whole as a being and whole as a planet. The whole
planet is connected with the creator whether we wish to be or not, without this cosmic grid we would not be able to
survive. There are many aspects that aid our survival on this planet as light bodied beings, this is just one. If you can
imagine our connection and longing to be connected to our creator then you will realise that this has created the grid
of love that surrounds the earth and then extends out in to the universe. This grid was created many years ago when
a light bodied being was born on earth. Since then it has evolved into a giant network as more beings have come to
experience the wonders and lessons of the planet earth.
I must say that it is very difficult indeed to lose this connection as it is the very base of your being and through it flows
the love and light of the creator. This connection flows down into your crown chakra and into your being.
It is essential that you are aware of this and understand that if a negative energy obstructs the network then this can
cause damage to your connection. The connection will not break, as it cannot, however dark it becomes. This is
because negative energy is also connected to the divine, as the divine loves all.
If you are radiating light and joy from your being then you will find that your connection to the network and to the
creator will be pure and clear allowing the divine love to pass through. When you become overwhelmed with
negative energy then this can stagnate into your network connection. You can imagine that it will try to block your
network and plunge you deeper into despair. If this was to happen to many beings on earth then the network would
become very dark indeed. As it becomes filled with negativity, this energy will take over the network. Instead of
spreading light energy to each being and around the planet, all will be thrown into darkness. This may be physical
darkness but if so it will be a reflection of what is happening within the souls. The result will be loneliness and deep
anxiety for each being as their souls fears a life without light.
I am sorry to paint such a dull picture but wish you to understand the importance of the network and the importance of
not allowing it to enter into the wrong hands. We each fight to keep it of pure and loving energy. Darkness I am afraid
can only cause destruction of the planet, which will lead to greater lessons to learn.
Now that you understand this I wish to emphasis how important for your wellbeing it is to keep your own part of the
grid connection clear, pure and full of light. When this is achieved then it cannot be unpurified by the negative
energies. It is only when we do not use our connection with the creator that blockages can occur. If everyone radiates
light into their great connection then this love will spread throughout the world healing others who are becoming
blocked and spreading love across the land.
I ask you to sit quietly and gain a meditative state of mind and being in whichever way feels natural to you. Now we
shall use the energy of light, as it is the earthly symbolism of the divine love of the creator. Imagine a crystal in the
centre of your being it can be any colour that you wish. Now place the white angelic flame of light around the crystal.
This light energizes the crystals soul allowing it to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness. It fills the crystal with
divine light and lightens the frequency of the crystal. It is now free to move. Allow it to ascend to your throat chakra
and third eye until it rests at your crown chakra. Visualize or sense it pulsing its light of white and our chosen crystal
colour out into your being. Then send it up slowly through your grid connection allowing it to pulse its cleansing
energy and love as it travels. You may see the grid as a tube or a rail track, whatever you see it’s perfect for your
being. It doesn’t matter if you cannot see this just know that it is happening. Allow it to travel leaving its path of light
until you feel it has completed its work. Then bring it back down on through your connection so that it rests on top of
your crown chakra. There it will stay radiating its light. If you complete this meditation once a week then it will benefit
your being and your connection with the creator as well as spreading love around the world.
I believe that this is a great service not just for yourself but also for your world. Light is essential in this time of
planetary and personal growth and will help to promote enlightenment across the world.

we smile so openly to others without fear of being hurt or misunderstood? What a beautiful and friendly world we
would live in.

I, Kuthumi have walked many life times on this planet earth. I have experience all that you now experienced. My paths
on earth have been wide and varied so that I gained the most from each physical form. My soul’s aim was to learn all
that I could from this school, earth. Physically I wished to grow and experience but my main focus was my spiritual
journey. I realised that both physical and spiritual paths on earth are one. You cannot experience one without the
other. It is not impossible but without a physical body your experiences would be so different and without a spiritual
body we may only exist in the lower plane, if we could exist at all! I believe that you must grow spiritually using the
physical body and world as your tool of growth and enlightenment. Many souls try to go back to their spiritual level of
consciousness but you are not on earth to experience yourself as a spirit being in the spirit world, you are here to
experience yourself leading a spiritual life with physical situation and beings around you. This may seem obvious to
some of you but on other planets and at other schools that I have attended your experiences are different. Our
bodies are always different on each planet; you may be in an etheric body or an emotional body, star bodies and
water bodies are others. I don’t wish to go into this as your minds have not expanded enough for you to understand it
but my point is that you must be aware of your physical body, as it is your main tool for this journey. Your body allows
you to experience the energy of a spirit being, hear, see and smell the spirit world. These are unique experiences
that you must treasure.
I have ascended from this planet because I have mastered all the lessons that my soul gave to me while on this
planet. It took great dedication and bravery to complete my course on earth and graduate to the next level of
consciousness. I also had to come back several times as it is very difficult to learn all that is needed in one life time.
It is very common for souls to come back to earth many times. Each time they come back they have hopefully risen in
vibrations so that their experiences become more spiritually evolved until they eventually ascend from their current
physical form and life.
To ascend from your being may sound slightly frightening. I reassure you that it is not. By the time that you are about
to ascend you have such a strong connection with the creator. You are partly living in the spirit world; material items
and even beings have little meaning in your life. The beings on earth you are aware that you will see again in the
spirit world so there is no guilt of leaving them. You are prepared for this transition by your guides and are fully aware
and in control. It is a blissful experience, one that I hope you will all undergo.
Many people call me a master or a lord on earth because of my ascension to the next level. I believe I am neither; of
course I am humbled by the respect but feel unworthy. I have merely raised my vibration and am now on another level
so that my soul can grow and expand. There are so many levels of consciousness all with their unique lessons. I am
sure it will only be time before you experience the same.
Each of you has so many ambitions and goals in your life that you feel you must achieve on earth. Just remember
that each are leading you closer to the next level of consciousness if you experience them with your spiritual and
loving soul. Make sure that you gain as much knowledge about yourself from each and allow yourself to grow. Don’t
hold on to experiences of joy or hurt, allow each to pass smoothly. If you hold on tight to one part or lesson in your life
whether it is good or bad, you may never get to experience a greater or more valuable lesson.
