I have a simple but important message for all light beings. I wish to speak with you on the
importance of universal love in this time of our spiritual awareness. Universal Love is the energy
that bonds all life together. It is strong, supportive, caring, and compassionate and is the essence
of the Creator. Love is an energy associated with the colour pink and radiates from the heart
chakra. The energy of every spirit being who works with the Creator has love as a foundation and
love as their main focus. The Creator is loving, he loves every being whether they love him or not.
It is unconditional love for fellow beings whatever they have done or look like that we need to
reintroduce into life on Earth. To reintroduce the energy of love into your life is part of your spiritual
growth; it is a lesson that needs to be over come in order for you to progress in your spiritual
enlightenment on earth. It is not enough to love just your family, there are so many people in the
world who wish to be loved and accepted for who they are. Self love and appreciation for your own
being is also essential. It is time to discard the limited thoughts that beings that dress, talk and view
the world differently should be judged by others and made to feel inadequate. The physical body is
only a mask or a coat, it is not our true soul but offers us a vehicle in which to live on the planet
earth and a basis for lessons to be learnt.
Even if you do not voice your thoughts, just by creating the thought you are affecting that person’s
life. Their energy picks up on the judgements and the thoughts of rejection that you send them,
most beings do not realise that they are sending the thoughts in the first place; they believe that
they are hidden safely inside their mind where no one can access them. It is not only you that
hears the thoughts that you create in your mind. The world is made of energy; each thought you
create is energy and is sent automatically to whoever or whatever you direct it to. If a person has
not placed a protection bubble around their aura then your thoughts will penetrate their aura and
become part of their life. It is because our original soul always comes from a place of love that
these negative judgments hurt and affect us so badly.
It is important to be aware of the thoughts that you produce about others. It is difficult; I understand
to stop your immediate reaction because many allow their minds to control their souls rather than
their souls controlling the mind. If your soul were in control, you would see past the physical into
the heart of gold that all beings have. It is unfortunate that these days most people keep their heart
hidden away, afraid of being hurt. If you find yourself judging another then forgive yourself and
send love and healing to the person that you have judged. The love that you send is more powerful
than any negative reaction that you could first sent so it cancels it out.
Love is stronger than judgement and negative thoughts.
This is a good statement to remember. It’s no wonder that many beings go about their daily lives
feeling low, sad with lack of energy. Judgmental thoughts fly backwards and forward, whether we
are creating them or receiving them they have an influence on our being and our health. As the
aura becomes filled with negative energy we feel its effects in our body. Many do not realise that
negative energy can cause illnesses because it lowers our light vibration. Our bodies are filled with
light from the creator; every breath that we take keeps a constant flow of light circulating through
our being. We cannot live without the creator’s love and light because it is what our soul is made of.
Negative energy has a habit of stagnating in our being because we no longer consciously breathe
in love and light that melts it away. We are always unconsciously breathing love into our body but
this lacks the power to unblock negative stagnation because the love lacks focus. As soon as we
place an attention into the light that we absorb then it has the strength to heal and cleanse. So you
can see that our body and soul are also in constant need of the creator’s love and light just to keep
us healthy and connected to his divine energy. If love makes up the majority of our being then it is
easier for us to spread our love to help the world.
Ask your angels to come close and surround your aura. Then imagine that your aura and body are
being filled with a golden or pink energy light. It is like a bubble that surrounds your whole being. It
is your universal love bubble and it will nourish your soul and allow you to send loving thoughts to
others. Then all you need to be is to ask your angels to keep you perfectly safe and protected free
from the negative energy of others. You can complete this as many time as you wish because there
are no side effect, only that you may feel more joyous, healthier and full of energy.
I, Archangel Gabriel ask you to express your love to all beings, animals, plants and the universe as
you go about your daily life. I ask you to express it in your mind, to send out telepathic messages of
love, harmony, healing, light, friendship and appreciation to all beings.
You may think that if you don’t say something physically using your voice, then beings will not hear
you. This is not true, they will hear you just as loud, even louder if you focus and use your mind as
your mouthpiece. Be generous with your loving thoughts but be relaxed as well. It would be
physically impossible for you to send loving thoughts to every being you see each day. It would
drain your energy and the thoughts would become meaningless lacking the true quality of love.
Trust in your being and know that your attention will be drawn to the people or animals that need
your blessing. All you need to say is I bless you or I send you love from the creator. Say it silently in
your mind as it has a greater intension.
This is such an important task that will raise the energy of the whole planet, as more beings take
control of their minds and allow only positive loving thoughts to be created, so the planet and its
souls will begin to fill with love and harmony. A world filled with love, harmony, peace and respect
would indeed be a safe and glorious place to live in.

We live physical lives yet we are spiritual beings. In order to become true spiritual
beings we must release the physical, but how can we do this when our soul is so
focused on the physical and we know that this is what we have come to earth to
experience? If we release our physicality would that mean that we return to our
spirit home? These are many subjects and questions that run through the minds of
many when they decide to live spiritually and especially when they decide to earn a
living from their light work. The challenge of balancing physical and spiritual lives
as well as surviving on Earth is one that many experience and is part of Earth’s
great lessons. Many especially at this time feel as though they wish to follow their
own spiritual paths free from the ties of physical life such as money. Many also
feel that it is the limitations of Earth that are holding them back and not allowing
them to achieve their goals.
It is a very difficult process for us to understand as we live on the spiritual plane
and all is bountiful and eternally flowing. Once we have grasped the idea it is much
harder for us to explain to you because you are unable to see the wider picture of
your journey. There are many things that can hold you back on your spiritual path
whether it is a personal path or one that is your career. Most come from limited
thinking patterns and are obstacles that you place in front of yourself. Some may
even say that if you are experiencing difficulties then God doesn’t wish you to
follow this path but God doesn’t judge and will always support in all ways that he
can and in ways that he feels are most beneficial to your quest.
God loves you and if you follow a path of divine love then it gives him the greatest
pleasure to give you a helping hand. Even knowing this people can still feel stuck
or find it hard to move forward in life. You must ask yourself, do you truly believe
that you are worthy of following a spiritual life of love and light? Do you believe
that by doing so God will provide all you need? Of course all beings are worthy but
the key is that do you believe you are? If a thousand people around you believe
but you do not then the energy of the thousand will hardly make a difference. If you
believe strongly in yourself, in your life, your abilities and your divine link with God
then that is all that is needed because it is only you alone who can create and
change your life, no other person even God can interfere in your life on this planet
unless you ask them to.
I say to those who wish to follow a spiritual path and fear that money will be tight,
as I know many of you do, that you have already kicked yourself down before you
have begun by doubting that the Universe will not supply. You have allowed the
fear to have the power by having to think twice. A clear positive outlook and
complete faith is always essential and beneficial.
So I say to you go forth on to your path with only love and trust and leave the fear
behind you. For it is only energy that holds you back, do not give it power, love
deserves the strongest power for it is pure and true and brings divine
enlightenment.
My children release the fear now; it has a great bond on you. Your energies
become lower and the contact with the divine is harder.

forgiveness, support and love for fellow students of the planet Earth, energy that is
free from judgement. The essence and energy of these heavenly beings is so
divine that we cannot help but feel relaxed, tranquil and loved in their presence. By
calling on the angels you can bring harmony and balance into your life.
Celebrations and emotions of happiness act like a magnet and draw the angels
close, as they love to be in the presence of joy.
The angelic kingdom wishes you to know that they are your constant companions;
they will never leave you to suffer alone and love you unconditionally with their

Love as all light workers know is the essence of the Creator, Earth, life and beings. Love has the
power to teach and to heal; it is love that we ask you to help us spread around the world now. Love
fills souls with joy and allows them to awaken to the light; it replaces the lower energies that
surrounds them, with high, joyous vibrations.
It is difficult for a being in a physical body to give a gift of love to a person whether they are a family
member, friend or stranger. Many use the form of material objects to express their love, support
and understanding for that being.
When disasters occur on Earth in other parts of the world we all know that we must show the
beings that are involved that we support them. We wish to show them that we care for their well
being, want to help and send our love. These may be people that you have never met but you
know in your soul that something must be done. A donation of money to help the people rebuild
their lives is the only way that humans believe they can help. There are many ways in which you
can send love to the world whether it is to people on your doorstep or beings that are millions of
miles away.
Here is one way.
Imagine a candle; it can be as big or as small as you feel necessary. Ask the guardian angel of this
candle to light the flame with the golden light and love of the universe. Watch or sense as the light
gains in strength and radiates out as far as you wish. Know that whomever this light comes in
contact with will be bathed in the light and love of the Creator. Their heart will absorb the energy
and heal their being; this light also acts as protection. As beings absorb the light then the flame
replaces it with new energy so that there is a constant flow. Ask the guardian angel of the candle to
protect and keep it burning strong so that when you leave the candle it will continue to burn for
days.
This is a wonderful way of spreading your love without the use of words, touch or material objects.
If you feel a person is in need of love and healing in their life whether you know the person or not,
place and leave a golden candle of the Creator by their side. Be aware that each being has free
will so mentally allow them to reject the candle if they do not wish to have it present. There is no
harm in spreading the energy of love; the more love you send the more you will receive to help with
your own spiritual growth. You will find that a person, who is in need of healing and love, will be
guided to cross your path in order for them to receive your love. So light candles wherever you go,
on the bus, in shops and even in your home. Light a candle of love from the Creator and leave it to
radiate its light.
This is such a simple and quick gift to give to others and very affective in its work. You could place
a huge candle as big as a block of flats in the parts of the world that are in need of our help,
healing and love. Allow the light to raise the vibrations of all and bathe souls in the love of your
amazing being and the love of our Creator.

My rays of light surround the planet earth now; the colour of my green light fills the universe. Green
is a colour of deep cleansing and healing which is needed on the planet at this time of spiritual
ascension and growth. There are many souls that need to allow my healing rays in to their
hearts before they can awaken. Mother Earth, herself, is in need of our healing rays to support her
in this time when man is destroying and polluting her with toxic rubbish.
Healing is desperately needed by all on the planet earth to allow progression, it is because of this
that I am surrounding the planet in green healing light, this light flows into the core of the earth,
healing all souls who are in need and are willing to receive my gift. As it flows into the earth it
collects all the negative energy and draws it into the core of the earth. Here Mother Earth will turn
the negative energy into positive; energy which will be radiated back to the world. We are
gathering at the core of the earth at this moment in time to lend our support to this process.
It is a process of great importance, to cleanse souls of negativity, fear and hurt, and replace it with

being, want to help and send our love. These may be people that you have never met but you
know in your soul that something must be done. A donation of money to help the people rebuild
their lives is the only way that humans believe they can help. There are many ways in which you
can send love to the world whether it is to people on your doorstep or beings that are millions of
miles away.
Here is one way.
Imagine a candle; it can be as big or as small as you feel necessary. Ask the guardian angel of this
candle to light the flame with the golden light and love of the universe. Watch or sense as the light
gains in strength and radiates out as far as you wish. Know that whomever this light comes in
contact with will be bathed in the light and love of the Creator. Their heart will absorb the energy
and heal their being; this light also acts as protection. As beings absorb the light then the flame
replaces it with new energy so that there is a constant flow. Ask the guardian angel of the candle to
protect and keep it burning strong so that when you leave the candle it will continue to burn for
days.
This is a wonderful way of spreading your love without the use of words, touch or material objects.
If you feel a person is in need of love and healing in their life whether you know the person or not,
place and leave a golden candle of the Creator by their side. Be aware that each being has free
will so mentally allow them to reject the candle if they do not wish to have it present. There is no
harm in spreading the energy of love; the more love you send the more you will receive to help with
your own spiritual growth. You will find that a person, who is in need of healing and love, will be
guided to cross your path in order for them to receive your love. So light candles wherever you go,
on the bus, in shops and even in your home. Light a candle of love from the Creator and leave it to
radiate its light.
This is such a simple and quick gift to give to others and very affective in its work. You could place
a huge candle as big as a block of flats in the parts of the world that are in need of our help,
healing and love. Allow the light to raise the vibrations of all and bathe souls in the love of your
amazing being and the love of our Creator.
I ask you to go forth and light your candles to heal the world and the beings that inhabit the Earth.

Invocation from Archangel Michael
The following is an invocation given to me by Archangel Michael to call in the Angels, Archangels,
Ascended Masters, Teachers, Guides and the Creator to assist you in your life. This may be used
whenever you feel the need, daily or just now and again.
“Dear Angels, my friends, my loved ones who are constantly at my side and at my call. I thank you
for your energy, love and light. I ask you to bring your special light close into my aura. Help my light
to become as bright and divine as yours, support and nourish my soul, strengthen my heart with
the love of the Creator. You are messengers of the Creator, please link me to my divine source so
that I may learn from and appreciate the love that is constant and true.
Dear Archangels, I invoke you close into my heart, into my being, my life and soul. Help me to live a
life of peace. Let me radiate harmony and balance from every energy molecule that creates my
existence. It is my wish to radiate every pure essence of the Creator throughout my days on this
planet. Energise my soul so that I may cope and survive free from fear with love, only love, in my
heart.
Dear Ascended Master, My Great Teachers and Guides, for you have walked a simpler path as I
on this planet Earth, I ask you to be my guide and assist me in anyway you can to make my journey
on the Earth one of great enlightenment and spiritual growth so that I like you may ascend from this
planet having mastered the many goals and lessons that my soul wishes to learn.
I believe in the oneness of all beings and in the glorious connection that I experience with my
Divine Creator. I ask the Creator to place his loving arms around me and to hold me in the Divine

Healing
A message from Archangel Raphael
My rays of light surround the planet earth now; the colour of my green light fills the universe. Green
is a colour of deep cleansing and healing which is needed on the planet at this time of spiritual
ascension and growth. There are many souls that need to allow my healing rays in to their
hearts before they can awaken. Mother Earth, herself, is in need of our healing rays to support her
in this time when man is destroying and polluting her with toxic rubbish.
Healing is desperately needed by all on the planet earth to allow progression, it is because of this
that I am surrounding the planet in green healing light, this light flows into the core of the earth,
healing all souls who are in need and are willing to receive my gift. As it flows into the earth it
collects all the negative energy and draws it into the core of the earth. Here Mother Earth will turn
the negative energy into positive; energy which will be radiated back to the world. We are
gathering at the core of the earth at this moment in time to lend our support to this process.
It is a process of great importance, to cleanse souls of negativity, fear and hurt, and replace it with
love.
We do not heal those who do not wish us to. It is your responsibility to ask and allow our healings
rays in to your life. Call us to you now and we will be by your side instantly.
The essential part of healing is belief and faith. If you truly believe, then anything is possible.
Surrender yourself now to our healing rays and we will heal your mind, body and soul.
