Part two.
I believe that this week I have come to enlighten you with my wisdom and opinions. The essence of a light being
is a difficult and vast subject to explain in words to a being that is concentrating on the physical. There are many
beings that don’t realise that they have a bright light inside of their body and that their natural state is a body of
energy, love and light. The physical body is just for this journey and is not our true identity.
The light that glows within could be also known as your soul or spirit. Your light body grows larger, stronger and
brighter if you nourish it with love, not just from loved ones but also from yourself. We must all learn to love
ourselves, gaining self worth and respect for your being. As a physical being awakens to their true form or being
and begins to follow their true-life path or purpose then their light within will grow as well. Your light can be any
colour, for the colour is usually associated with your soul group, the planet from which you came from or the
community that is your home in the spirit world.
Each individual has come to Earth to increase his or her light on this heavy and solid plane. The physical body
can hide your true pure being of light and love from other physical beings but the Creator and his helpers can
always see the true energy within and that’s why they always give us unconditional love, whatever we do. It is up
to you to find your inner light, to connect with it, love it and enhance its brightness.

Djwhal Khul and the Angels of Love
This is a meditation to bring golden light and life force energy into your life.
Light is the spiritual equivalent to oxygen on the physical planet. We cannot survive in a physical body
without oxygen and we cannot survive as our spiritual bodies and souls without the constant supply and flow
of light. It is important as we take our oxygen into our body each second of the day, we must also nourish our
soul by allowing a constant flow of light and to be surrounded by the divine light of the creator. To starve our
soul of light can allow you to feel drained and heavy with lack of energy.
The Meditation
Choose a quite space in which to sit and relax. If it is possible allow this space to be free from light so that
you sit in the darkness. Place a candle in front of you.
Sit and slow your breathing to a comfortable and relaxed speed. Ask for your being to be protected and for
the angels to only allow beings and energies of love and light to enter.
Now with your eyes open allow yourself to absorb the darkness that surrounds you. How does it make you
feel? Does it conjure any feelings inside of you whether they are positive or negative? Just sit in this space
and make your senses aware.
When you are ready you may light the candle that you placed in front of you, allow your eyes to become
accustomed to the light. Notice how light floods out and fills the space, even if its effects are only small in the
areas furthest from the flame, register that it still influences and lightens that space. Know that when you
ignite your own inner light that you also effect the atmosphere and beings that surround you.
Now bring your attention back into the centre of the flame. Notice how brightly, confidently and strongly it
glows. It is a constant source of light at this precise moment. As we did with the darkness, I ask you to notice
how this bright light feels to you? What changes or emotions are drawn to the surface of your being and how
do these emotions compare with the ones felt when sitting in the darkness.
After you have examined this pure light, close your eyes and imagine sense or feel the light flame inside your
own being. Feel it grow positively and strongly inside yourself. Allow it to fill the whole of your being and aura.
You are now this bright, confident, golden, divine flame glowing in the darkness. Remember how you noticed
the effect of such a light has on its surroundings. Your own inner flame has the same effect to your
surroundings. You bring the energy of the divine creator into your life and into your being. It will affect your
life, bringing strength and positivity as well as love into your life.
Go forth and experience this light.

It is I Master Djwhal Khul; I extend my blessings to you and bow my head in honour of standing before you
and communicating my words. I wish to share the love of my soul with all as well as the love of the second
ray of light; a deep and divine expression of the Creator’s love for all beings on the Earth, throughout the
universe and beyond. I wish to share my purest love with you now so that you may in turn spread the love
and energy you receive to those you meet on the Earth. For I wish a bubble of love to expand across the
world to create peace, harmony and tranquility on the Earth but mostly in the minds, souls, and four body
systems of humans. Let peace and love be experienced by all, and allow fear to be dissolved, no longer
significant in the world. I ask you as initiates and students of the Creator to absorb the love that I offer you
now and the love that flows from the mighty Creator, in this one moment allow yourself to be open and
receptive to love of the purest form and allow it to heal, rejuvenate and energise your physical body. Expand
the energy and thought of love further into your mind, emotions and aura, allow it to encompass you in the
purest of energy so that you may experience a sense of peace throughout your entire being. Let love prevail
on the Earth through your soul, mind, emotions, physical body and cells. Allow yourself to be one with the
Creator and the cosmic energies of the universe. Never think or see yourself as alone, for the love of your
guides and the Creator not only surrounds you but is within you. If you visualise yourself alone then you are
disconnected from the Creator, you are the Creator, with every breathe you breath you absorb the love of the
Creator, anchoring it into your being and expanding it forth into your godly body; your body is a
manifestation of the Creator, every part of you is one with the Creator, connected and whole. As you
understand and experience this wholeness now, in later days and lifetimes you will become to truly trust and
honour yourself as the Creator in the purest way, respecting and honouring the almighty Creator for your life
and spiritual growth to return to the almighty soul of the Creator.
Love of the purest form is the key to the world on this dimension and the higher dimensions, on this world
and on the inner planes, to awaken your soul and your integration with the Creator. Love is the greatest
manifestation and I ask you to absorb its divine energies into your being, life and reality. Allow love to be the
focus of your mind and love every being on the Earth as you wish to be loved and respected. I am speaking
of a spiritual love, a love that is greater than any physical love on the Earth.

I am Master Djwhal Khul, I am a Master of Mastery and I step forward as a spiritual teacher and mentor to
assist all students on the Earth who now wish to gain assistance with the process of mastering the mind. It
is important to remember that many spiritual practices take patience and time to achieve; one must wait for
energies to integrate before they can truly experience the influence of their efforts. Mastering the mind is an
important part of being on the Earth and a challenging spiritual lesson, but I must say that it is one that can
be accomplished with ease, if you believe this. Mastering the mind concerns changing your belief system,
first you must analyse your belief system and the focus of your thoughts to become aware of any negative
thought forms. Positive thoughts about yourself and life are good as these energise your being and
lovingly influence your emotions, thus raising your energy vibration. Negative beliefs or thought forms
have the opposite affect and can cause blockages in the energy bodies which filter into the body as illness,
pain or disease. When you become aware of the focus of your thoughts then you are able to alter them so
that every simple thought you create is achieving a positive vibration and reality in your life.
I am currently holding lectures on this subject for souls who wish to visit me in my ashram on the inner
planes. My lectures are to assist everyone who visits in truly understanding why mastery is needed and
how it can be gained. I invite you to visit me and to attend my lectures on the inner planes; my ashram is

your mind with greater ease.
Now is the time to focus on mastering your mind, I cannot stress this more. Place all your efforts into
creating positive and loving thoughts about yourself, your reality and invoking the abundant energy of the
Ascended Masters to flow into your third eye chakra. This will create a cleansing process within your mind
and also amplify your positive thought forms. Constantly call the energy of abundance from the Ascended
Masters into your being, let it pour into your third eye chakra and flow throughout your body, see the
energy melting into your aura, surroundings and reality on the Earth. Especially ask the energy of
abundance to flow into your mental body which is an energy body within your aura. Ask that the abundant
energy flow into your mental body, dissolving all negative thought forms and beliefs while energising all
positive throughout forms that have been created by your mind and stored within your mental energy
body, as all thoughts are. It is especially important to ask for the flow of the Ascended Master’s abundant
energy to channel into your third eye chakra while you are repeating affirmations. It is important as a soul
on a spiritual quest to observe all thoughts making a conscious effort to work with your thoughts
throughout the day to restore a loving harmonious balance within your thoughts so that all radiate love. It
is also vital to take a few minutes each day to anchor the abundant energy and to focus solely on a few
chosen affirmations that mean something to you. You will then be able to watch as your powers increase
and your thoughts become your reality on the Earth. If everyone was to create a loving reality then the
energy vibration of the Earth would accelerate allowing a new consciousness to be grasped by many on
the Earth. This is the aim of the Ascended Masters and the purpose of anchoring the Ascended Master’s
energy of abundance into the Earth. If the energy vibration of Earth only raises a small fraction, it will be
enough to assist many in becoming aware of a greater amount of the Creator’s truths, sharing them with
others to illuminate all.
The purpose of bringing a new found discipline to the mind is to ensure that when one raises their
energy vibration they are able to accept, comprehend and use the new wisdom that flows into the mind. A
new found stillness and a connection with the divine within is also a result of mastering the mind. As an
Ascended Master I know that as you rise in vibration you must become more disciplined in the thoughts
that you create, as you become more powerful as you grow and so any thought you create could have an
immediate influence on your life. It is therefore important to learn to master the mind now when thoughts
take a longer period of time to manifest into your life, giving you the opportunity to cancel any negative
thoughts created before they impact your life on the Earth. The current stage that we are at on the Earth is
like a learning ground where mastery can be practiced and results can be gained in a safe environment,
supported by the abundant energy of the Ascended Masters.

I am Master Djwhal Khul, I am a Master of Mastery and I step forward as a spiritual teacher and mentor to

is important to remember that many spiritual practices take patience and time to achieve; one must wait for
energies to integrate before they can truly experience the influence of their efforts. Mastering the mind is an
important part of being on the Earth and a challenging spiritual lesson, but I must say that it is one that can
be accomplished with ease, if you believe this. Mastering the mind concerns changing your belief system,
first you must analyse your belief system and the focus of your thoughts to become aware of any negative
thought forms. Positive thoughts about yourself and life are good as these energise your being and
lovingly influence your emotions, thus raising your energy vibration. Negative beliefs or thought forms
have the opposite affect and can cause blockages in the energy bodies which filter into the body as illness,
pain or disease. When you become aware of the focus of your thoughts then you are able to alter them so
that every simple thought you create is achieving a positive vibration and reality in your life.
I am currently holding lectures on this subject for souls who wish to visit me in my ashram on the inner

energy flow into your mental body, dissolving all negative thought forms and beliefs while energising all
positive throughout forms that have been created by your mind and stored within your mental energy
body, as all thoughts are. It is especially important to ask for the flow of the Ascended Master’s abundant
energy to channel into your third eye chakra while you are repeating affirmations. It is important as a soul
on a spiritual quest to observe all thoughts making a conscious effort to work with your thoughts
throughout the day to restore a loving harmonious balance within your thoughts so that all radiate love. It
is also vital to take a few minutes each day to anchor the abundant energy and to focus solely on a few
chosen affirmations that mean something to you. You will then be able to watch as your powers increase
and your thoughts become your reality on the Earth. If everyone was to create a loving reality then the
energy vibration of the Earth would accelerate allowing a new consciousness to be grasped by many on
the Earth. This is the aim of the Ascended Masters and the purpose of anchoring the Ascended Master’s
energy of abundance into the Earth. If the energy vibration of Earth only raises a small fraction, it will be
enough to assist many in becoming aware of a greater amount of the Creator’s truths, sharing them with
others to illuminate all.
The purpose of bringing a new found discipline to the mind is to ensure that when one raises their
energy vibration they are able to accept, comprehend and use the new wisdom that flows into the mind. A
new found stillness and a connection with the divine within is also a result of mastering the mind. As an
Ascended Master I know that as you rise in vibration you must become more disciplined in the thoughts
that you create, as you become more powerful as you grow and so any thought you create could have an
immediate influence on your life. It is therefore important to learn to master the mind now when thoughts

we experience. It is important to understand that the love of the Creator is everything that we imagine it to be

to describe a state of mind when the mind, maybe even at several stages of our continued growth, cannot
truly comprehend the love energy and alertness of the Creator. When we begin to decipher the Creator’s
energy of love we can confuse ourselves wondering if and when we are holding the love of the Creator or are
entering into a reality of delusion. We believe that it is essential to discover the meaning of the Creator’s love
for you, how it feels, in which way it influence your being and how you may express it to others, therefore
