We stand united as one, holding hands in a circle around the Earth, watching over all. Our hearts expand
and connect with the energy of Mother Earth, love and the unconditional and ever glowing light of the
Creator flows from our beings into the hearts of many on the Earth. The jewel that is the Earth is aglow with
light, love and brightness; it glistens and shines so brightly into our eyes and senses as we gather together
as spiritual mothers of all souls on the Earth. We are your guardians, your carers and your protectors,
wrapping our loving arms around the world to ensure that love prospers and darkness dissolves. We unite
now in preparation of this special occasion, we are drawing near to the end of the initiation of the energy
boosts that have been so sacred and transformational on the Earth and to the souls of many, although they
may not realise or notice the raise in energy vibration that has occurred.
The fourth boost of energy that began on the 17th November was a combination, almost a climax, of the
energies that the ascended masters wished to anchor into the Earth. We have allowed these sacred
energies to settle and to achieve their purpose, now we wish to bring forth the new energy boost which will
continue and enhance on the influence of the fourth energy boost. The fourth energy boost was so special
as it united the loving energies of the ascended masters, Angels and Mother Earth’s mighty soul as one
strong and powerful beam of light anchoring into the Earth, the souls of many and of course the love
crystals. These combinations of energies are a powerful and yet divine tool of that may be invoked now and
throughout the year of 2009. This means that the energies of love and abundance that you are experiencing
now will continue to anchor into your being to enable you to accelerate your spiritual development further
than you could ever imagine. These powerful energies brought forward from the ascended masters can be
used to amplify thoughts, healing and manifest the unconditional love of the Creator onto the Earth

Understanding your True Path and Purpose- Part 1 - Lady Quan Yin 21/09/09
Greetings and much love is expressed to you now from every aspect of my being, I am pulsating with love
and light as I communicate with you now. I am Lady Quan Yin, chohan and overseer of the eleventh ray of
light of an orange and pink colour. From my ashram I share energies of the embodiment of integration, soul
development and discovery and a great sense of peace. Please accept these energies as they flow from my
ashram, through my energy body in your direction. My energy will help you to integrate on a new level with
the Energy Wave of Acceptance as it aligns with all aspects of your being. My friends, during meditation you
can ask me to stand before you and channel my light of an orange and pink colour into your being anchoring
all sacred qualities from the eleventh ray of light. Allow my energy to wash over you, let it melt into your aura,
body and soul so that you may feel the benefits of my light and how it may assist you in your spiritual growth
process and awakening on the Earth. Open your hearts to the eleventh ray of light and let the light pour into

I have a special reason for coming forth to you today and it is to help you understand the definition of the true
path and purpose on the Earth. While I exist within my eleventh ray ashram on the inner planes of the Creator’
s universe and work with the many visiting students, I am aware of one question that is always evident within
the hearts and minds of those awakening to the light of the Creator and wishing to gain greater
understanding of the magnificent energies of the Creator around and within them. This question is always
about their true path or their purpose on the Earth. Every soul who accepts a greater unity with the soul of the
Creator feels as if they wish to be of service to others. Many feel that they wish to help other people awaken
and grow spiritual by using their abilities as healing or inspiration. Even when this is achieved there is always
an energy or voice within that wishes to achieve more and feels as if there is a greater purpose to their
existence on the Earth.
To be of service is to share your energy with others. Through the process of sharing your energy with others
you are able to unite or integrate new aspects of the Creator’s soul with your energy, light and being, as every
person is an aspect of the Creator’s soul. It is also true that when you help others to grow and expand their
energies you are assisting your own spiritual acceleration. This is because as more people awaken to the
Creator’s soul the vibration of the Earth and the Creator’s universe becomes lighter and higher, which then
supports all of humanity including you to accept new energies and light coming forth from the Creator’s soul.
In order for true integration with the Creator’s soul to occur all aspects of the Creator on the Earth and the
inner planes must work as a team, as a united energy. It is this desire that encourages many people to wish to
be of service to humanity and act as spiritual teachers, healers and others. On the inner planes many of the
Angels and Ascended Masters share their wisdom and light in order to help each other evolve and refine their
connection with the Creator, it is simply a process of growth and learning for many or all aspects of the
Creator to unite their energies as one. As more and more people are awakening on the Earth we can see this
occurring. People are gathering to anchor energy or distributing their light with numerous people individually,
but it is all a process of growth and learning that aids the integration process of the Earth with the inner
planes of the Creator’s universe.
It is important to realise that you do not have to be publicly healing or inspiring other to make a difference and
to be of service to humanity. Your thoughts, actions and expressions are all that is needed. By constantly
thinking positively, sharing your positivity and love with people you meet, making sure your actions are
guided by the will of the Creator and existing as a beacon of love, you can be of true service to humanity and
the Creator. You will allow the energy of the Creator to flow through you and anchor onto the Earth. You do
not have to have special techniques or practices but allowing yourself to be a beacon of light at all times will
help you to awaken many souls without realising it and help to aid the integration process of humanity. In
truth this is more powerful than anything else. For those achieving this in their daily lives I believe that there is
still a burning desire within them to understand their true purpose of existing on the Earth, it is the desire to
understand the will of the Creator for your soul. In order to understand your true purpose of being on the
Earth, allow me to explain your process of growth on the Earth.
Imagine that you extend from a great source of light which is the Creator’s soul. You emerge encapsulated
within a lotus flower which is so beautiful and glows with golden light. You descend down though many
levels of the Creator’s universe. As you reach a certain level within the Creator’s universe you find that from
the beacon of light that you currently exist at, another aspect of your energy extends. You are continuing to
descend and can see the source of light above you which you have left behind, it is your monad or soul
group. Sitting within your golden lotus flower you see an intricate map below you with so many paths all
intertwined. As you look across the map you can see that there is a definite point for you to reach, it is the
point of ascension or elevated vibrations of light. It is almost like there is a big arrow pointing to this goal or
place of growth that you must reach in order to obtain a new level of energy and a greater alignment with the
Creator. You are also aware that there is a place on the map that is a most appropriate place for you to begin
from. The path way from the start of your journey to the end is simple and clear, because you hold a great
wealth of knowledge from the Creator’s soul and are able to see the larger picture.
You will then find that many guides come forth to assist you with this journey on the Earth, some are old
friends while others are new. You may also realise that many souls who you have a strong bond with are
descending into the physical plane levels of the Earth to assist you in your learning process. With the support
of your guides around you and the knowledge that there are people waiting for you on the Earth you begin to
make preparations to descend into the physical plane levels of the Creator’s universe. Before this occurs you
connect with your soul and ask what qualities from the Creator’s mighty soul you need to understand and
which you need to integrate with. We must remember that both positive and negative qualities are from the
Creator’s soul. With your soul and guides you devise a special path for you, like a road that will lead you to
the point of ascension or accelerated growth and will allow you to learn all the lessons that you need on the
way. You realise that your true purpose of being on the Earth is to understand and accept the qualities that
your soul has advised you to gain but that there is a quality or a greater understanding that you will gain from
your journey, realising it as you draw closer to your point of ascension. So you may understand your true
purpose to be the process of a accepting, understanding and embodying a quality of the Creator so that you
can then share it with others on the inner planes. By gaining this quality you are achieving a greater
integration with the Creator’s soul, thus you will understand a new aspect of the Creator’s soul and will be
able to share teachings with others on how to integrate with this aspect of the Creator’s soul. You are also
able to realise that every step you take on the Earth helps you to achieve your goal.
With these realisations you then descend into the map and physical plane levels of the Earth. As you descend
you are conscious of the maps presence behind you; the sequence of time that is the past and is being
experienced by others. You are also aware of the future of the map, the many soul aspects of the Creator’s
soul existing in the future. The map of numerous integrated pathways that symbolises the Earth exists all at
once.
As you descend you feel as if the golden lotus flower around you is losing its vibrant glow as it absorbs the
lower energies of the Earth and physical plane. You have previously agreed with your soul the level of
openness and awareness you will exist at as you enter onto the Earth and the abilities that you will hold. But
there may be a sense of loss, as the physical energies cloud your normal radiant awareness and abilities. You
may now feel that you are existing within a maze that is so vast and expansive, with high walls that you
cannot see over. The clarity that you held when you previously looked at the map and route you wished to
embark on has dissolved, along with the understanding of your journey on the Earth. I am speaking in
general terms now as there are some people who may not realise the growth that they must accept in their
lifetime while others enter onto the Earth with their full knowledge in tack, it is all determined by the lessons
that your soul wishes you to learn and the qualities that you must accept. It does not mean that one person is
better than another.
Gradually you begin to make your way through the maze. You find that at certain stages of your growth you
are aware of the correct direction to take while other times you may be standing at a cross roads unable to
see with clarity which direction is for you. It is almost akin to a game, as you travel through the maze you pick
up points, these points are qualities and realisations which come from the experiences and situations that
you move through. It is important for me to make you aware that there are no dead ends in the maze; each
path takes you onto another path which will lead you to your goal. It might be that sometimes you take the
direct path and other times you take the path that leads you on a longer journey, sometimes causing
confusion, but you will always get to where you need to be with divine timing. There is not a certain path way
for you to take but many which will aid your growth in different ways resulting in the same goal and
achievements.
It is important to realise that in one lifetime you may not make it to your goal, but you will return to the Earth to
continue your path with new circumstances and the opportunity to heal or build on the work that you have
previously achieved.
Through my story and explanation I wished to help you understand that your soul may lead you along a
pathway that allows you to help many people but this is not your true purpose, it is just your path of growth.
Your true purpose is to achieve the quality/ies that your soul wished you to access from the Creator through
your existence on the Earth. Examples of qualities that have been accessed by others are unconditional love,
generosity, an understanding of the mind or emotions of the Creator and inner peace. There are so many
qualities that extend from the Creator’s soul and all hold a number of teachings and lessons for us to
understand. There is a quality for you to gain that is the purpose of your existence and will awaken you
further acting as a symbol of growth. It may not be the divine will of your soul to understand this quality now
but know that you will realise it with divine timing.
It was my purpose to share this explanation with you so that you can understand that your actions and the
energy that you share are important on the Earth but it is through these that you are able to accept the
qualities of the Creator to aid your further growth.

soul existing in the future. The map of numerous integrated pathways that symbolises the Earth exists all at
once.
As you descend you feel as if the golden lotus flower around you is losing its vibrant glow as it absorbs the
lower energies of the Earth and physical plane. You have previously agreed with your soul the level of
openness and awareness you will exist at as you enter onto the Earth and the abilities that you will hold. But
there may be a sense of loss, as the physical energies cloud your normal radiant awareness and abilities. You
may now feel that you are existing within a maze that is so vast and expansive, with high walls that you
cannot see over. The clarity that you held when you previously looked at the map and route you wished to
embark on has dissolved, along with the understanding of your journey on the Earth. I am speaking in
general terms now as there are some people who may not realise the growth that they must accept in their
lifetime while others enter onto the Earth with their full knowledge in tack, it is all determined by the lessons
that your soul wishes you to learn and the qualities that you must accept. It does not mean that one person is
better than another.
Gradually you begin to make your way through the maze. You find that at certain stages of your growth you
are aware of the correct direction to take while other times you may be standing at a cross roads unable to
see with clarity which direction is for you. It is almost akin to a game, as you travel through the maze you pick
up points, these points are qualities and realisations which come from the experiences and situations that
you move through. It is important for me to make you aware that there are no dead ends in the maze; each
path takes you onto another path which will lead you to your goal. It might be that sometimes you take the
direct path and other times you take the path that leads you on a longer journey, sometimes causing
confusion, but you will always get to where you need to be with divine timing. There is not a certain path way
for you to take but many which will aid your growth in different ways resulting in the same goal and
achievements.
It is important to realise that in one lifetime you may not make it to your goal, but you will return to the Earth to
continue your path with new circumstances and the opportunity to heal or build on the work that you have
previously achieved.
Through my story and explanation I wished to help you understand that your soul may lead you along a
pathway that allows you to help many people but this is not your true purpose, it is just your path of growth.
Your true purpose is to achieve the quality/ies that your soul wished you to access from the Creator through
your existence on the Earth. Examples of qualities that have been accessed by others are unconditional love,
generosity, an understanding of the mind or emotions of the Creator and inner peace. There are so many
qualities that extend from the Creator’s soul and all hold a number of teachings and lessons for us to
understand. There is a quality for you to gain that is the purpose of your existence and will awaken you
further acting as a symbol of growth. It may not be the divine will of your soul to understand this quality now
but know that you will realise it with divine timing.
It was my purpose to share this explanation with you so that you can understand that your actions and the
energy that you share are important on the Earth but it is through these that you are able to accept the
qualities of the Creator to aid your further growth.

In addition to my previous communication last week I wish to bring forth a meditation that will help you to
connect with your true path and divine purpose on the Earth. This is something that you can practice in your
own time to aid your spiritual advancement and to allow you to gain a greater understanding of your true
purpose. Last week I spoke of your pure purpose on the Earth being a process of accepting a sacred quality
from the Creator’s soul and truly understanding and integrating with this quality to aid your greater unity with
the Creator’s soul. Many people see their true purpose of being on the Earth as a service that they must offer
to others, an action or an achievement but in truth your achievements and the help that you offer others is
simply an aspect of your journey of growth on the Earth. Your true purpose while on the Earth is to accept a
sacred quality from the Creator, to integrate with it and embody it, achieving this through your experiences on
the Earth. Your true purpose is the understanding that you emerge from the Earth with, this is more valuable
to your soul than anything else as it means that you are able to express a new aspect of the Creator’s soul.
Before you entered into the Earth you soul decided on the quality that it wished to accept from the Creator’s
mighty soul, it may be a quality of unconditional love, abundance, truth or creativity but everything in your
reality will have a purpose of guiding you to understand and align on a deeper level with this quality.
Sometimes you can see the quality that you need to accept in reoccurring lessons within your reality. Other
times you may need to connect with and embody many qualities that then prepare you to integrate with the
quality that your soul believes would most benefit you when viewing the essence of your being. It may seem
that the journey of Earth is a challenging process just to accept and integrate with a quality from the Creator’s
soul, but you will learn so much from your quest in uniting with an aspect of the Creator’s soul and will
discover that although your life may have been dedicated to accessing one quality, all energies and qualities
of the Creator are integrated as one and so you will allow yourself to open to new energies with greater ease.
Your journey through the Earth will bring you mastery, discipline, inner power, courage, compassion,
unconditional love and much more, this is all a preparation and foundation or schooling that offers you the
tools to open to the more expansive and vast energies of the Creator’s soul.
With this in mind I wish to now guide you through a meditation process that will allow you to accept the
quality of the Creator you are working in your currently reality to accept and the quality that is your ultimate
goal to integrate with. It is essential to realise that although you may truly desire to understand this
information it may not be the will of the Creator for you to realise this currently, if this is the case then allow
yourself to practice the meditation at a later date when you may get better results due to your growth.
Meditation
Gaining a deep and peaceful state, I ask that you focus on your breathing and repeat in your mind ‘Om Peace,’
on every breath you exhale and inhale. Experience this for as long as you wish or until you feel relaxed and at
peace.

I extend the peace that I hold so fondly within my being to you now, to flow into the depths of your body
and soul, bringing forth the greatest manifestation of all, the presence of inner stillness and balance. I am
Lady Quan Yin, chohan or overseer of the eleventh ray of light of a peach and pink colour of light. Within the
eleventh ray ashram I tutor many light beings from the Earth and the inner planes to aid integration and the
expansion of love to aid stronger links with the energy of the Creator. More souls are gathering within the
eleventh ray ashram in order to accept embodiment of the energies and light of the Creator that they have
been working to integrate and unite with. This increase of souls visiting my ashram is due to the forth coming
energy shift in 2012.
I have seen and passed through many energy shifts and manifestations of the Creator’s quality and I have a
special ritual or custom that I like to share with my students each time we draw close to a new level of the
Creator’s light and love manifesting both on the Earth and the inner planes of the Creator’s universe. I feel
that my technique allows a person to prepare their energies for their future experiences and to assist them in
gaining the level of growth and awareness that they desire to achieve to coincide with an energy shift. I have
named this technique Crystal Manifestation as it allows you to work with crystal consciousness in order to
amplify your wishes and dreams.
As you are aware, the physical crystals in existence on the Earth hold the wondrous consciousness and
energy vibration of the Creator’s soul. Each crystal has the ability to heal in many ways, retaining
consciousness, amplify or calm energies and be programmed to aid manifestation. On the inner planes we
have similar crystal except that we are able to see and work with the light and consciousness of the crystals,
rather than viewing their physical shell or body. Both physical crystals and inner plane energy crystals are an
aspect of the Creator’s soul and manifestation and so assist us greatly in our aspiration to align on a deeper
level with and embody the Creator’s soul. Crystals have an ability of linking into the vibration that a person’s
body pulsates at, merging their energies with the person to offer a new consciousness or a boost to their
consciousness, thus anchoring required or needed energies. By merging and sharing Creator frequency,
light, consciousness or energy the crystals can have healing or spiritual advancing affects. A crystal has an
immense power because it holds the ability to accept energy, to be programmed and to transfer energy to
others. I feel that this is very important because as soul aspects of the Creator we are constantly trying to
accept light and energy, while also wishing to transfer our wisdom or inner light to aid the development or to
heal the pain of others. We are also constantly trying to programme our energies and mind so that our link
with the Creator may be the purest that we have ever experienced.
As a light body naturally reacts well to the consciousness of a crystal so the physical body is positively
influenced by a physical crystal especially when chosen with care and programmed for the needs of the
physical body. It is because of the soul’s natural bond with the consciousness and vibrations of crystals that I
encourage my students to take time to anchor the crystal consciousness of the Creator into their energy and
aura in order to intensify their manifestation skills. I will sit and meditate with my students to assist and
support them in programming the crystal consciousness that they anchor. Allowing the energy to unite with
their energy vibration, becoming a part of their soul energy. As we are drawing closer to a shift in energy on
the Earth I am working with more souls to assist them in anchoring two sacred qualities into their energy from
the Creator soul, of balance and grounding. These two qualities enable a soul to move through new
manifestations or shifts of energy in their reality and atmosphere with ease, holding focus on their own
spiritual development and soul purpose. Shifts in energy or new energies from the Creator’s soul can cause
a person or soul to feel unbalanced, unsupported and unsure of their path ahead. By remaining balance and
grounded one is able to naturally flow through changes of energy both within and around them without
losing their focus.
The quality of balance allows transitions and rises in your energy vibration that you may experience due to
growth, awakening and insights to occur smoothly without majorly influencing your life or your body. This
allows you to accept and deal with change and alterations to your energy with greater ease, thus helping you
to accelerate your growth further.
The quality of grounding is essential and assist in retaining equilibrium in your energy but while it is
important to ground or anchor your energy into Mother Earth so that the light you receive filters into the Earth.
It is also essential to ground your spiritual energies and the soul light of the Creator into your physical body
and reality on the Earth allowing new aspects of your soul, monad and the Creator to become present within
your personality and existence on the Earth.
With the consciousness, energy and light of both qualities being held within your aura and your own inner
light you will naturally project balance and a sense of grounding on many levels into your reality therefore
paving a smooth and easy spiritual journey for yourself to assist you in achieving all that you desire and to be
prepared for the shifts in energy in 2012. Any upset that you feel in your energy or surroundings will naturally
be stabilised by the presence of the Creator’s qualities of balance and grounding.
I wish to now guide you in achieving this technique that I have shared with many souls as a method of
anchoring many qualities from the Creator’s soul.
Allow yourself to gain a deep meditative state in your preferred way, invoking me, Lady Quan Yin, to sit
beside you, meditating with you and enhancing your ability to connect with your inner peace. I wish for you to
then invoke the peach and pink light of the eleventh ray ashram to surround you in a cylinder of light, melting
into your aura, body and soul. Imagine, sense or acknowledge the light supporting, protecting and
heightening your energies.
I then wish for you to invoke or ask for the pure and loving crystal consciousness of the eleventh ray of light
to anchor into your being. Feel or sense the clear crystal light seeping into your crown chakra at the top of
your head and down your spine until it reaches your heart chakra. Let the energy gather at your heart chakra
it will form a source of crystal light.
Then simply ask for the crystal to hold the Creator’s and the eleventh ray’s quality, consciousness and
energy of balance. The source of clear light will take on a colour, which will symbolise to you the feeling of
balance. You may even notice the crystal forming a shape that is appropriate for this quality of the Creator’s
light. I then ask you to place this newly formed crystal in a part of your aura that feels correct to you, where it
will continue to radiate and emanate the quality, energy and colour of balance into your entire aura. Take a
moment to feel your entire aura and body being bathed in the energy of balance.
I then wish for you to take your attention back to your heart chakra and the clear crystal light that is
continuing to flow into your body and heart chakra. Ask for the crystal light to manifest into a crystal of
grounding, anchoring your energy into the Earth and physical reality as well as anchoring your spiritual
energies, enlightenment and light from the Creator, your monad and soul into your physical body. Imagine
this crystal forming at your heart chakra noticing its colour and shape. Then place the crystal in a part of your
aura that feels correct for you where it will continue to emanate its light and ensure that you are always
grounded in the most appropriate way for your spiritual growth.
Allow yourself to bath in the presence of the two new energy crystals which are holding, anchoring and
retaining the Creator’s quality of balance and grounding within your energy.
When you wish to complete the practice, then ask for the crystal light to withdraw and become aware of your
surroundings. You can then activate the crystals each day or when you feel you are in need of their energies,
by simply asking your soul or me, Lady Quan Yin to activate the crystals and energy of balance and
grounding within your aura, imagining their light washing over you.
This is a greatly comforting technique and can help to bring healing, stability and equilibrium to your energy,
mind, emotions and awareness.

with the Creator may be the purest that we have ever experienced.
As a light body naturally reacts well to the consciousness of a crystal so the physical body is positively
influenced by a physical crystal especially when chosen with care and programmed for the needs of the
physical body. It is because of the soul’s natural bond with the consciousness and vibrations of crystals that I
encourage my students to take time to anchor the crystal consciousness of the Creator into their energy and
aura in order to intensify their manifestation skills. I will sit and meditate with my students to assist and
support them in programming the crystal consciousness that they anchor. Allowing the energy to unite with
their energy vibration, becoming a part of their soul energy. As we are drawing closer to a shift in energy on
the Earth I am working with more souls to assist them in anchoring two sacred qualities into their energy from
the Creator soul, of balance and grounding. These two qualities enable a soul to move through new
manifestations or shifts of energy in their reality and atmosphere with ease, holding focus on their own
spiritual development and soul purpose. Shifts in energy or new energies from the Creator’s soul can cause
a person or soul to feel unbalanced, unsupported and unsure of their path ahead. By remaining balance and
grounded one is able to naturally flow through changes of energy both within and around them without
losing their focus.
The quality of balance allows transitions and rises in your energy vibration that you may experience due to
growth, awakening and insights to occur smoothly without majorly influencing your life or your body. This
allows you to accept and deal with change and alterations to your energy with greater ease, thus helping you
to accelerate your growth further.
The quality of grounding is essential and assist in retaining equilibrium in your energy but while it is
important to ground or anchor your energy into Mother Earth so that the light you receive filters into the Earth.
It is also essential to ground your spiritual energies and the soul light of the Creator into your physical body
and reality on the Earth allowing new aspects of your soul, monad and the Creator to become present within
your personality and existence on the Earth.
With the consciousness, energy and light of both qualities being held within your aura and your own inner
light you will naturally project balance and a sense of grounding on many levels into your reality therefore
paving a smooth and easy spiritual journey for yourself to assist you in achieving all that you desire and to be
prepared for the shifts in energy in 2012. Any upset that you feel in your energy or surroundings will naturally
be stabilised by the presence of the Creator’s qualities of balance and grounding.
I wish to now guide you in achieving this technique that I have shared with many souls as a method of
anchoring many qualities from the Creator’s soul.
Allow yourself to gain a deep meditative state in your preferred way, invoking me, Lady Quan Yin, to sit
beside you, meditating with you and enhancing your ability to connect with your inner peace. I wish for you to
then invoke the peach and pink light of the eleventh ray ashram to surround you in a cylinder of light, melting
into your aura, body and soul. Imagine, sense or acknowledge the light supporting, protecting and
heightening your energies.
I then wish for you to invoke or ask for the pure and loving crystal consciousness of the eleventh ray of light
to anchor into your being. Feel or sense the clear crystal light seeping into your crown chakra at the top of
your head and down your spine until it reaches your heart chakra. Let the energy gather at your heart chakra
it will form a source of crystal light.
Then simply ask for the crystal to hold the Creator’s and the eleventh ray’s quality, consciousness and
energy of balance. The source of clear light will take on a colour, which will symbolise to you the feeling of
balance. You may even notice the crystal forming a shape that is appropriate for this quality of the Creator’s
light. I then ask you to place this newly formed crystal in a part of your aura that feels correct to you, where it
will continue to radiate and emanate the quality, energy and colour of balance into your entire aura. Take a
moment to feel your entire aura and body being bathed in the energy of balance.
I then wish for you to take your attention back to your heart chakra and the clear crystal light that is
continuing to flow into your body and heart chakra. Ask for the crystal light to manifest into a crystal of
grounding, anchoring your energy into the Earth and physical reality as well as anchoring your spiritual
energies, enlightenment and light from the Creator, your monad and soul into your physical body. Imagine
this crystal forming at your heart chakra noticing its colour and shape. Then place the crystal in a part of your
aura that feels correct for you where it will continue to emanate its light and ensure that you are always
grounded in the most appropriate way for your spiritual growth.
Allow yourself to bath in the presence of the two new energy crystals which are holding, anchoring and
retaining the Creator’s quality of balance and grounding within your energy.
When you wish to complete the practice, then ask for the crystal light to withdraw and become aware of your
surroundings. You can then activate the crystals each day or when you feel you are in need of their energies,
by simply asking your soul or me, Lady Quan Yin to activate the crystals and energy of balance and
grounding within your aura, imagining their light washing over you.
This is a greatly comforting technique and can help to bring healing, stability and equilibrium to your energy,
mind, emotions and awareness.

and haven that exists within you. Many people are looking for beauty and inspiration in their physical reality to lift
their hearts and manifest joy but the most beautiful and enlightening energy that you could ever come across is

It is present within your mind and emotions and sings gently to you, this energy may sing loudly to you but if you
are choosing to ignore its presence then you may never hear, see or feel its beauty. The energy that I am
speaking of is the presence of God within you.
If you were to analyse every passionate desire that you have you would realise that the purest intention of this
passion is to enhance your connection with the Creator. For example, you may desire to live in a beautiful home
surrounded by abundance and splendour, could this not be a desire to be surrounded by the beauty and love of
the Creator, to feel the security and protection that the love of the Creator offers? It is important to realise that
sometimes our physical desires are actually describing many desires and needs that we have spiritually. Many
desires extend back to wanting to feel a complete and absolute connection and alignment to the Creator.
Humanity often plays out teachings, lessons and wisdom through their physical lives, when we begin to awaken
to our thoughts, needs and desires we begin to discovery more about our habits, beliefs and understandings. To
address our spiritual needs will actually bring balance, beauty, love and abundance into our physical reality with
very little effort. This is essential to remind yourself of often, if you are struggling with a physical problem, allow
yourself time to contemplate the spiritual cause or need of this problem. If you allow yourself to rectify this and to
assist your spiritual being and soul in receiving what it desires, then most often the physical problem simply
dissolves away, because the lesson has been understood and learnt. It is akin to going to the root of the problem.
Most people spend much of their time and efforts on nourishing their physical body and reality but now is the
time to nourish your spiritual being and soul, to offer your sacred being the love and light that it requires, to
support and love your sacred aspect, creatively exploring its energies and abilities. To do so will allow your
spiritual self to blossom which will naturally nourish and cultivate your entire being and reality. It could be
compared to having a garden before you that needs your attention, you also have a shed filled with all the garden
tools and equipment that you could ever need but because you are fearful of going into the shed or you cannot
find the will power to discover the key to unlock the shed door you potter around the garden using anything that
you can find to assist you. Of course you could do so much more if you were able to use the tools available to
you. When you begin to feed your spiritual being and soul it is as if you are going into the shed and picking the
most appropriate tool and therefore allow the beauty of the garden to blossom beyond your imagination. When
you were tending to the garden with scraps that you had found this is akin to trying to solve a physical problem
without understanding its purpose and meaning in your reality, because you are not looking in the correct place
(within you) you may never find the answer to physical problems.
I can imagine many people thinking that it is difficult for them to access their spiritual abilities and skills as
they do not understand how to, but in truth all I am asking you to do is to realise that there is a spiritual meaning
and purpose behind every physical experience, desire and need, addressing the spiritual aspect allows your
physical life to adopt a new balance, through this process you begin to connect with your spiritual self, nurture
your spiritual self and therefore allow your spiritual skills and abilities to flourish.
Acknowledging that our physical desires and needs can offer many spiritual teachings also allows us to
begin to see a separation between the truth of the Creator and our physical realities, we may notice that some
aspects of our life or beliefs are simply false or are irrational because of the fears that we hold. Humans place
complete and absolute trust in their physical realities, they trust that the pavement they walk upon, the house
they live in and the food they eat is real and solid; it is this belief that fuels their reality. If you begin to realise that
your life and energy are limitless, that you are more than you currently see, you have immense powers and
abilities and that there is a world and reality beyond the Earth then your consciousness will begin to shift. You will
realise that when you believe that physical energies, experiences and situations can be altered by you and that
you hold responsibility over your actions and mind then the reality around you begins to modify. The more that
we can lift our consciousness away from the physicality of our reality the more we begin to see the truth, aligning
to light and love and incorporating this into our reality, thus discovering a reality that is just as real beyond the
physicality of the Earth, providing us with much nourishment and support. We begin to see a reality that is
physical and spiritual or energy and feeling based, viewing them as separate realities. The separation that we
understand allows us to understand many issues and habits, especially fears and negativity that we hold onto.
Much work can be achieved by viewing the physical reality from a spiritual space and vice versa. There comes a
time when the separation between the physical and spiritual self no longer serves a purpose and one must
integrate both realities, this is when the spiritual being and soul comes into its own and manifests more fully to
encourage and support new experiences and journeys of growth. When the soul is allowed to take a greater role
this is actually the person allowing the Creator to be of greater presence within their reality and being while on the
Earth. With the presence of the Creator more fully integrated the person’s view point is drastically different, the
mind being more peaceful and the heart being loving allows a true perception of the reality that the Earth has to
offer. This is something that I desire for all of you. In order to manifest as a greater Creator presence you can
begin to realise the requirements of your spiritual being and soul, listening to your inner voice, nourishing this
aspect of your being. Holding a belief that every physical action and experience has a physical meaning also
allows the shift of your mind’s attention from the physicality of your reality to the spirituality of your reality.
This is something to contemplate and to sit with in order to allow it to settle into your consciousness and to be
discovered more fully by your mind.

To all sacred light jewels upon the Earth, I send my blessings, love and compassion. I embrace you in the goddess
energy of tender love and hold within my mind the image of you existing on the Earth as your true divine self, with
courage and reverence.
I open my heart to you now and allow the guidance that the Creator encourages me to share with you to flow
forward as a breath of fresh air to inspire your mind and heart. I ask only that you hold onto the intent of maintaining
an open mind and heart in order to accept and digest the vibration of the wisdom I wish to share with you. It is your
divine and gracious free will that allows you to choose whether to embody the vibration or not.
The energy of compassion is needed on the Earth now in order to support the areas where chaos and pain are
alive, whether it is within countries or within individuals across the world. Compassion is a sacred gift that one
person can give with an open heart to another to aid healing; it can act as a support or comfort that allows the soul
to awaken to the presence of the Creator and the truth that can unfold. It doesn’t matter whether the person is a
loved one or a stranger, whether you give it to a group or a country, compassion can be shared with great intensity
creating many heavenly miracles. Compassion is a thought, intent and understanding that can be transmitted as
widely as you feel is appropriate, it doesn’t even have to be limited to those who are suffering but can be given as a
gift to those who are achieving their enlightenment. (Many people believe that they are still experiencing aspects of
suffering even when they are acknowledging themselves as becoming enlightened and united with the Creator.
There is truth in this as we are not truly free until we surrender to the Creator completely on all levels of your being,
surrendering our soul and monad as well. ) You have the power to give compassion from the very sacred core of
your being; you have the ability to allow it to flow with intent and freedom from your being. Compassion must
always be given, it is transference of energy; with the energy of compassion one person can give while the other
can accept. The feelings and experiences whether you are giving or receiving can be similar but the most important
focus is upon awakening and opening of the energies of the giver and receiver. To act as a giver of compassion
even if it is only for a few minutes a day is a great blessing to humanity but also to you.
With the understanding that compassion can be given we mustn’t forget to give compassion to ourselves as we are
always in need of what we give to others. To give compassion to yourself will restore your energies, awaken you
from illusion and act as a guiding light in uncertain times. You can give compassion to yourself each day as a form
of respect and honouring yourself as well as acting as a supportive foundation of healing light to dissolve
unneeded attachments.
Compassion is needed when you or another person is seen to be in pain, suffering, confused, submerged in
negative emotions, misinterpreting themselves, guided by the ego, disconnected or uncertain of their path forward.
Compassion is also needed when you or a person is happy, joyous, connected and blissful. The latter need for
compassion may seem a strange statement but when we begin to understand the true and new meaning of
compassion we begin to acknowledge its need in our reality as an eternally flowing energy from our beings.
In the past compassion has been understood as a feeling of deep sorrow for another’s circumstances or a feeling
of understanding and maybe even taking on their pain. Compassion could be seen as a deep desire to help another
in any way you can, to guide and assist them, to offer your sympathy. Compassion can sometimes manifest as a
feeling of pity for another, seeing them as different as or poorer than you. Many people experience compassion in
different way but I wish to bring forth a new way of understanding and acting as compassion on the Earth.
Compassion is always a blessing to give and experience.
From my point of view compassion is to express a love that is pure and free from judgement of any kind about
yourself or another. Compassion is a flowing free energy that holds an intention of support, an encouraging light
that is in abundance not to heal or transform the person but to comfort them. This light can then be used by the
person’s soul to bring into fruition energies and insights that are needed to overcome or move through the
suffering. The energy of compassion brings to the receiver hope, contentment, inspiration and a connection with
their soul. You are simply providing a helping hand, not by solving or dissolving the suffering but by supporting the
growth and realisation that needs to occur. It is akin to surrounding a baby in warm blankets and offering nurturing
food, the baby will grow and develop at its own speed you are just supporting the growth, you can’t grow for the
baby. If you give compassion to another you are enabling them to accept the growth and understanding that needs
to take place, if you are giving compassion to yourself then you are supporting yourself with light, love and
understanding to aid a further process of awakening or enlightenment. Compassion is a wonderful gift that
supports growth, this is why it needs to be shared and expressed on the Earth now.
Compassion is a flowing love from the heart chakra but it is also a sacred acknowledgment. When you give
compassion you are acknowledging the divine and sacred being within the person, you are also acknowledging
and recognising their courage as they take on the experience of suffering or pain to become closer to the Creator’s
light. Every experiencing of pain or suffering is a gift, it is a teaching or lesson that you have created to allow you to
realise new and wonderful things about yourself and the Creator. So when we look upon another and see their
experiences we must acknowledge within them the glowing spirit and determination to release all illusion or fears
and embrace the presence of the Creator. We must honour every person for the truth that they are and the lessons
that they take on to aid and develop their spiritual ascension and light awakening. Acknowledging or seeing that a
person’s suffering is a lesson and a natural pathway that they are and must embark upon allows you to release all
feeling of sorrow or pity and to rejoice in the wonderful work and experience they are achieving. It is as if you are
simply accepting their situation as the divine will of the Creator. With this realisation it can seem as if the love of
compassion has left us as we acknowledge the divine within another and recognise their process of growth, it can
appear as if we are heartless or are less caring but this is not true. When you see a person for the truth they are and
that their suffering is not real, simply a test or a lesson, then you are helping them to see themselves in this way
also. It is as if the veil of illusion is being lifted. The person may then be able to see that with a simple understanding
of what is truly happening or what they are trying to learn, their suffering or problem can evaporate because of the
realisation.
As you acknowledge the person’s path and extend love from your heart to support them you can then ask within
you if there is anything else that you could do or offer as help. On some occasions you will have to walk by as a
person needs to experience the suffering or other time you will be inspired to say or do something to be of greater
assistance.
The change in the way that we share compassion is a result of the growth of humanity, people are beginning to
take responsibility for their realities, creations and growth and so this means that sometimes when we are trying to
be helpful we are actually interfering in their path. We must always be loving and supportive, acknowledging every
person for who they truly are and asking first within whether we can be of assistance. To honour and love another
for the path they are walking is a wonderful blessing for you and the receiver. With the understanding of
compassion, let it flow from your heart now to an individual or to the world. Even those who are not suffering will
appreciate your acknowledgment from within you of their truth. As you recognise the truth within another, you
recognise the truth within yourself.
Let yourself be of service by sending love from your heart, honouring the person for their divine presence and
mission on the Earth. Then recognise the path that they are walking and know that they are discovering wonderful
things about themselves and the Creator. Let your love support and align them to the Creator so that they may see
the truth of the matter they are experiencing, the reason and purpose of the Creator’s will. Then ask within you if
there is anything additional that you can do or say to be of service. You can look at everyone through the eyes of
compassion, when you achieve this they will look at you through the eyes of compassion, resulting in everyone
honouring the sacred truth within each other while offering a supportive love to aid the spiritual path forward.

compassion may seem a strange statement but when we begin to understand the true and new meaning of
compassion we begin to acknowledge its need in our reality as an eternally flowing energy from our beings.
In the past compassion has been understood as a feeling of deep sorrow for another’s circumstances or a feeling
of understanding and maybe even taking on their pain. Compassion could be seen as a deep desire to help another
in any way you can, to guide and assist them, to offer your sympathy. Compassion can sometimes manifest as a
feeling of pity for another, seeing them as different as or poorer than you. Many people experience compassion in
different way but I wish to bring forth a new way of understanding and acting as compassion on the Earth.
Compassion is always a blessing to give and experience.
From my point of view compassion is to express a love that is pure and free from judgement of any kind about
yourself or another. Compassion is a flowing free energy that holds an intention of support, an encouraging light
that is in abundance not to heal or transform the person but to comfort them. This light can then be used by the
person’s soul to bring into fruition energies and insights that are needed to overcome or move through the
suffering. The energy of compassion brings to the receiver hope, contentment, inspiration and a connection with
their soul. You are simply providing a helping hand, not by solving or dissolving the suffering but by supporting the
growth and realisation that needs to occur. It is akin to surrounding a baby in warm blankets and offering nurturing
food, the baby will grow and develop at its own speed you are just supporting the growth, you can’t grow for the
baby. If you give compassion to another you are enabling them to accept the growth and understanding that needs
to take place, if you are giving compassion to yourself then you are supporting yourself with light, love and
understanding to aid a further process of awakening or enlightenment. Compassion is a wonderful gift that
supports growth, this is why it needs to be shared and expressed on the Earth now.
Compassion is a flowing love from the heart chakra but it is also a sacred acknowledgment. When you give
compassion you are acknowledging the divine and sacred being within the person, you are also acknowledging
and recognising their courage as they take on the experience of suffering or pain to become closer to the Creator’s
light. Every experiencing of pain or suffering is a gift, it is a teaching or lesson that you have created to allow you to
realise new and wonderful things about yourself and the Creator. So when we look upon another and see their
experiences we must acknowledge within them the glowing spirit and determination to release all illusion or fears
and embrace the presence of the Creator. We must honour every person for the truth that they are and the lessons
that they take on to aid and develop their spiritual ascension and light awakening. Acknowledging or seeing that a
person’s suffering is a lesson and a natural pathway that they are and must embark upon allows you to release all
feeling of sorrow or pity and to rejoice in the wonderful work and experience they are achieving. It is as if you are
simply accepting their situation as the divine will of the Creator. With this realisation it can seem as if the love of
compassion has left us as we acknowledge the divine within another and recognise their process of growth, it can
appear as if we are heartless or are less caring but this is not true. When you see a person for the truth they are and
that their suffering is not real, simply a test or a lesson, then you are helping them to see themselves in this way
also. It is as if the veil of illusion is being lifted. The person may then be able to see that with a simple understanding
of what is truly happening or what they are trying to learn, their suffering or problem can evaporate because of the
realisation.
As you acknowledge the person’s path and extend love from your heart to support them you can then ask within
you if there is anything else that you could do or offer as help. On some occasions you will have to walk by as a
person needs to experience the suffering or other time you will be inspired to say or do something to be of greater
assistance.
The change in the way that we share compassion is a result of the growth of humanity, people are beginning to
take responsibility for their realities, creations and growth and so this means that sometimes when we are trying to
be helpful we are actually interfering in their path. We must always be loving and supportive, acknowledging every
person for who they truly are and asking first within whether we can be of assistance. To honour and love another
for the path they are walking is a wonderful blessing for you and the receiver. With the understanding of
compassion, let it flow from your heart now to an individual or to the world. Even those who are not suffering will
appreciate your acknowledgment from within you of their truth. As you recognise the truth within another, you
recognise the truth within yourself.
Let yourself be of service by sending love from your heart, honouring the person for their divine presence and
mission on the Earth. Then recognise the path that they are walking and know that they are discovering wonderful
things about themselves and the Creator. Let your love support and align them to the Creator so that they may see
the truth of the matter they are experiencing, the reason and purpose of the Creator’s will. Then ask within you if
there is anything additional that you can do or say to be of service. You can look at everyone through the eyes of
compassion, when you achieve this they will look at you through the eyes of compassion, resulting in everyone
honouring the sacred truth within each other while offering a supportive love to aid the spiritual path forward.

I greet you with the blessings and love of my heart, such a divine privilege to channel my energies to you now
and to share a sacred moment within the light of the God Presence that is so evident to me within and around you. I
reach out my hands to you and ask that you trust in my compassion and love for you, in the friendship that I have
and wish to build with you. As you trust in my energy, let yourself trust in your own energy recognising our
energies as the Creator and supreme source of love. Take my hands and allow me to wrap my gentle arms around
you. Allow yourself to relax completely into my energy.
When you sit with the intent of relaxation in your physical reality it is only a small percentage of your being that
relaxes, tension and stress can remain within you even when you feel completely at ease. We spoke of nurturing
and nourishing the spiritual being previously, it is my wish to nurture your ability to relax and soften the energies of
your entire being. This will allow for limitations, restrictions, blockages and negative thoughts to soften, dissolve
and be completely removed from your reality and being. To relax completely can bring thoughts of fear as you are
letting go of the control that you have over your being and are simply existing in light, it brings a greater sense of
freedom which can be daunting, but remember that all fears are illusions, they do not come from your true self, they
are magnified by you without you realising so they become more powerful than they actually are.
This is a very interesting point that requires additional attention, when a fear is created it has very little power, it is
essentially a neutral thought but you have programmed yourself to recognise the thought which has a negative
connotation and to place a huge amount of energy behind it. It is almost as if you are loving this fear and wanting it
to be a magnificent part of your life. When you think of the way you have programmed yourself it seems irrational
but you have taught yourself that fear is good and that you need it in your life and that by energising fear you are
dealing with the problem, thus helping the situation. If an animal was sick would you place it on dirty bedding, leave
it in the dark and surround it in negative energies? For most people a sick animal would bring up feelings and
thoughts of compassion and a desire to surround the animal in love. There is a need to surround yourself in love,
whatever you are thinking or experiencing as this will act as a healing and uplift your energies thus transforming
your reality. To empower loving thoughts and firmly not allow yourself to engage in negative or fearful thoughts is
the key to reprogramming yourself and mind, permitting a greater happiness to blossom.
To relax your being and energies completely you must engage, accept and bathe in love. The presence of love
unknots your energies and allows for expansion, it is essentially like exhaling deeply. When we think negatively or
are not engaged in love our energy can draw close to us, its expansion short and small, this is due to the lack of life
force energy flowing through you. With the continuous presence of life force energy or Creator light your energy
becomes luscious, flexible and expansive, allowing you to manifest with ease, adapt to changes and remain
balanced, akin to a tree blowing in the wind, eternally grounded and focused in the energy of God.
Something that hinders the process of relaxation on a spiritual and energy level is the ego. We can imagine the
ego as an eager child at Christmas wanting to look inside every present. The presents are the thoughts created by
the mind, the ego is especially drawn to the thoughts or presents that will make it powerful or that magnify more
fear in your being. The ego is not a bad energy essentially it is like a child, it doesn’t know any better; it has no one
to guide it and therefore enjoys ruling your life by reminding you constantly of your failings and mistakes. Every
time you think a negative thought about yourself or another that is your ego asserting its power, playing with you to
see what it can manifest. If we imagine a child who has no parents and has fallen into a group of youths who enjoy
making mischief then we begin to understand the ego. Children are pure and can be influence easily, your ego is
the pure energy of the Creator but you have allowed it to adopt negative habits, to play games with your life and to
sabotage your truth. If you noticed your child acting in this way you would make efforts to alter their negative habits
and teach them what is good and true, but you are perfectly happy to allow your ego to have all the fun at your
expense without even a word of complaint or objection. This is something to contemplate, it requires your
understanding.
There is a need to love your ego unconditionally, as if it were a child. You are not loving it for the chaos it has
caused but for the truth that it is when aligned and guided. It is important not to scold your ego or to hold
resentment toward it but to forgive it for its controlling qualities knowing that changes can be made with ease
which would bring happiness to your life and to your ego. Your ego thinks it is contented by the power it has but
really it is a lost child looking for love, attention and approval. We can see that the ego is not content as it keeps
creating fear, unable to receive what it desires.
To dissolve the power of the ego and to allow your entire being to relax, there is a need to assist the ego in
relaxing in love.
I remind you that I am surrounding you in love, I have extended my loving arms to surround your entire being in a
soft pink light; we must remember and recognise the power that love holds its magnitude and supreme presence of
transformation. Feel my love melting into your being and breathe deeply, gradually as the love of a soft pink colour
melts into your being it is allowing you to relax with ease, undoing knots and assisting expansion.
See within your heart chakra at your chest area a symbol of love, this can be anything you desire it exists within
and as your heart chakra. This symbol has its own pulse, presence and breath of life. Let this manifest, let it radiate.
Imagine a symbol that represents your ego, it can be anything you like; it represents the presence and
manifestation of your ego. Picture this in or around your mind. Then as you exhale, imagine with ease the symbol of
your ego flowing down and melting into your heart chakra. Let the symbol of your ego sit within the light and love
of your heart chakra and feel my love embracing you completely. Allow yourself to relax into the energy and with
time you should notice yourself reaching a new level of spiritual relaxation.
You can also remind yourself of this technique whenever you feel a negative thought or emotion brewing or feel
the controlling influence of your ego growing. As you allow your ego to relax so the rest of your being will relax,
heal and enjoy an embodiment of love.
