What Kind Of Ascended Master Would You Be? By Mother Mary

My dear beloved ones upon the Earth, I have come forward to you with my expansive and ever flowing love. Upon my wave
of love I send one question to you which I hope will allow your mind to expand further and enlightenment to pour like a
golden liquid into your awareness. Enlightenment is akin to a healing balm, the more we can become aware of our energies,
habits, attitudes and being the easier it is for us to heal ourselves completely and become one with the Creator. It is my
greatest wish for the souls presently in manifestations upon the Earth to achieve complete and absolute healing within all
area’s levels and aspects of their beings. This is possible and healing is taking place right now. Believe and know that it is
true and you will acknowledge the results of this healing process.
The question I wish to put to you is, ‘What kind of ascended master would you be?’ this is a simple question although I feel
it is not one that is asked very often. It is as if I am asking you to create a cartoon or film character for yourself. This
character would be an ascended master and can be male or female, of any age or energy. The character would have a name
and even a colour of light. The ascended master would also be well known for the qualities that they express as well as their
spiritual abilities and service to the Earth. The ascended master would also have a being upon the inner planes that guided
their spiritual development and oversaw their growth, anchoring the energy of the mentor into the ascended master.
You may be asking me why I am encouraging you to create an ascended master character for an imaginary film or cartoon,
there are many reasons and many lessons in this one question which I have presented you.
Firstly you are all ascended masters upon the Earth, time is only an illusion created to bring order to the world, so the past,
present and future exist simultaneously therefore you are all that you desire to be spiritually and can link into the energies
to bring it into fruition. When you are ascending or growing spiritually, all that you are doing is tapping into your true energy
or complete connection with the Creator. You as an ascended master already exist and so in order to become this energy
and awareness you simply must accept it, after all to be an ascended master is simply an awareness of self, the Creator and
the Earth which is aligned with the truth of the Creator. If you understood or was even able to view yourself as an ascended
master you would be able to identify the pathway to becoming an ascended master. While it is possible to view yourself as
an ascended master and you can ask your guides or soul to demonstrate this to you in meditation, many people are not
given this privilege as it would be too much for them to accept or comprehend. Another reason would be that they
themselves limited themselves from connecting with the information.
Through the practice of imagining yourself as an ascended master you can begin to build a picture of the energies you
wish to hold, the wisdom you wish to comprehend and the practices you wish to be able to achieve. By creating purely with
your intuition and imagination an ascended master character for yourself you will begin to understand so much about your
current level of spiritual growth, where lessons still need attentions and even in what direction you need to lead yourself.
Through this practice you can understand whether the ego is still present or whether your awareness is focused upon the
pure energies of the Creator. Would your character be full of glamour where everyone adored and praised you or would you
be devoted to your services to the Earth and ascension in an invisible way? The type of ascended master character you
create tells you a lot about your spiritual growth because you can begin to give your character a form and question it in many
ways. Why does it hold a certain colour? Why doesn’t it wish to be known t o others? Why does it choose to spread light or
accept certain abilities? If your character is quiet, question why, if your character is powerful, question this also.
You are actually questioning yourself because the character that you have created is a form of your being.
What you will actually create is a form that holds some of your truth and true ascended master self, some energies which
manifest because of your current level of awareness while another part of your character will be from your imagination. With
this in mind you can begin to decipher what is the truth, what is a product of your earth experiences and what is your
imagination. You can realise energies that are good holding onto them and others that need to be released. You can also
begin to question whether you would wish to become this character or how you could take a few steps closer to becoming
an ascended master. There are endless possibilities of discovery through this simple process of wondering what type of
ascended master you would wish to become. It is valuable to ask this question to other like minded people around you, let
them meditate upon it; you may find that the results you gain are very similar or very different, leaving you with something to
contemplate.
It also allows us to beg the question, does an ascended master have a character, or is this a manmade concept? Are
ascended masters just a consciousness and energy or are they in living form in a similar way to you are a human being upon
the Earth?
Every soul wishes to ascend from the Earth and be united with the Creator whether they are aware of it or not, therefore if
you begin to understand what ascension means to you or what you would manifest as, then you are a step closer to realising
yourself as an ascended master.
For fun, let us imagine some ascended master characters so that you can see the type of questions you can begin to ask.
The first character could be of male energies, holding a vibrant red light which denotes power, active energy and passion.
We will name this ascended master character Master Ben. Master Ben is a renowned healer, he is known by every soul on
the earth as one who cures all negative energy and aligns souls with the Creator’s soul. He is extremely humble and does
not wish for fame or glory but simply holds a great joy in sharing light and removing negativity. We could ask Master Ben, if
he has dissolved his ego? Why he become a renowned healer? In which way does he heal? Why are the qualities he holds
so active and potent? Are there any qualities of energies that Master Ben would need to progress along his spiritual path?
Essential this is a game that I wish for you to indulge in, but life in itself can be seen as a game, when we inject energies of
joy, happiness and laughter into our realities we begin to understand the real process or growth that is occurring on the
Earth and our realities.
Let us for fun imagine another ascended master character,
We will call our character, Lady Ammra, she is a being of pure light, gentleness, kindness, compassion. She works with
crystals to heal the Earth and receives much wisdom from the animal kingdom, even codes which can be places in crystals
upon the Earth. Her colour is of a sky blue and her guide is Mary Magdalene. She tells every one of her work and how it
places much strain on her energy but that she is happy to do it. If this was your character what questions would you ask her?
Maybe how did she build her connection with the animals and crystal kingdom? Has she let go of her ego? Why her energies
are under stress, is it to do with wanting attention or does she need to adopt certain qualities?
Essentially by creating your ascended master character you are acknowledging what you desire for yourself in the future,
in your spiritual growth and ascension. Every soul can ascend and still exist on the Earth so think of your character in this
way. When you have created an impression of your ascended master self you can connect and link into its energy allowing
yourself to become this energy, manifesting it in your own energy.
So in meditation or times of quiet thought let yourself hold the question in your mind of ‘what ascended master would you
become?’ It is a question that opens up many possibilities to you and allows you to think outside of the lines of limitations
that you create for yourself.

The wind of change blow forth now and love begins to shine, the ascended masters stand before the
glowing beacon lights. The love crystals stand brightly, their energy activated, the love of the ascended
masters anchored into their energy bodies. They are a manifestation of change, the Creator’s energy and
the new age of love on the Earth. The four main love crystals stand alone within the Temple of Mercy while
ascended masters and light beings alike draw close to view their mighty. I sit and watch as souls come and
go, they charge the crystals with love. They access the love and adoration that they experienced for
Mother Earth, while they were on the Earth, emanating it into the crystals of love in the hope that it will
shine brightly into the soul of Mother Earth, allowing her to feel the love of all her previous generations and
the devotion that they hold for her. The love crystals are constantly being charged with love as light beings
travel from all aspect of the universe to anchor the energy of their soul into the crystals. They wish for their
energy to become united and anchored into the Earth.
What a wondrous occasion, I feel the joy, the love and the devotion of the Creator as I simply sit and bathe
in the energy of the love crystals within their chamber of protection and security. I wonder whether these
mighty crystals that seem so bright and powerful as they stand before me will change the Earth or even
influence the Earth and humanity with their loving qualities, the consciousness of the ascended masters
that has been anchored into their souls. These are beacons that stand before me of the wealth of love the
ascended master community holds for all on the Earth and yet humanity is not open to receiving this
wealth of love, which saddens my heart. In truth I know that the love crystals will only affect those who are
receptive, open and wish to anchor the ascended masters’ love into their being but this is sufficient to
assist Mother Earth and to bring forth a wind of change, upliftment and a raise in consciousness for all.
The ascended masters will continue to visit, charge and activate the love crystals until the time comes to
transport them to the ship of the Galactic Federation. Master Ashtar and Master So Ma will take control of
the love crystals then, they have the plan and the will given by the Creator and understand to where they
must transport the crystals and lay them to rest. They will embark on the night of the 5th October,
activating them in the early hours of the morning of the 6th of October in four different time zones. Many
ascended masters will board this Galactic Federation Ship to watch as the love crystals are placed and
anchored into the Earth. The ship will not be visible in the night sky but only to those who choose to look
with their hearts and through their third eye chakras emanating the purest vibration of love to us and our
mission on the Earth. The Temple of Mercy will be transformed from a chamber of protection and security;
the chosen ascended masters will build and reconstruct the temple as a place of learning in time for the
29th October.
As I sit now before the glowing light of the love crystals sharing my wisdom, love and consciousness with
the love crystals to aid the development of humanity, I thought that it would be appropriate for me to
connect with you today, to share with you a small portion of life on the inner planes and remind you of the
imminent arrival of the love crystals. I am Mother Mary, the Mother figure of humanity and the Christ
consciousness. I send into the love crystals my deepest devotion and nurturing love.
I, Mother Mary wish to invite you to channel your love into the love crystals if you wish to, I believe it will
assist them in manifesting their energy in a more physical form on the Earth so that they may act as a
greater influence in their healing, activating and nurturing mission on the Earth.
Simply sit peacefully gaining a deep and meditative state of being, focus on your breathing and allow your

I, Mother Mary will step forward, imagine that within my hands I hold an energy crystal; it is a small
representation of the love crystals. I place the love crystal into your hands. It is a symbol or representative
of the love crystal but it still holds it high vibrations that will anchor into your being. You may now open
your heart and soul and channel your loving light into the crystal. Take your time and make sure that all
thoughts are positive such as, ‘The Earth is now a beacon of love, healing has now washed over the entire
body of Mother Earth and love emanates to all.’
At this powerful time when mastery of the mind is so prominent it is not appropriate to channel the energy
of the love crystals with thoughts such as, ‘I hope the Earth will be healed and restored to focus on
goodness.’ This should be changed to, ‘The Earth has now been healed and all energies have been
focused on goodness.’ You are creating the reality of the Earth now as you channel love into the love
crystal with every thought you create. Support Mother Earth and channel her energies with only positive
thought forms and vibrations.
When you are complete you may invoke me to remove the representative of the love crystal which holds all
the love of your soul securely within it. I will transport your love crystal to the Temple of Mercy and place
your love within the glowing love crystals of the ascended masters so that your loving energy and
consciousness will be combined with the loving energy of the ascended masters, as all focus together on
anchoring greater love into the Earth and the souls of humanity.

shine brightly into the soul of Mother Earth, allowing her to feel the love of all her previous generations and
the devotion that they hold for her. The love crystals are constantly being charged with love as light beings
travel from all aspect of the universe to anchor the energy of their soul into the crystals. They wish for their
energy to become united and anchored into the Earth.
What a wondrous occasion, I feel the joy, the love and the devotion of the Creator as I simply sit and bathe
in the energy of the love crystals within their chamber of protection and security. I wonder whether these
mighty crystals that seem so bright and powerful as they stand before me will change the Earth or even
influence the Earth and humanity with their loving qualities, the consciousness of the ascended masters
that has been anchored into their souls. These are beacons that stand before me of the wealth of love the
ascended master community holds for all on the Earth and yet humanity is not open to receiving this
wealth of love, which saddens my heart. In truth I know that the love crystals will only affect those who are
receptive, open and wish to anchor the ascended masters’ love into their being but this is sufficient to
assist Mother Earth and to bring forth a wind of change, upliftment and a raise in consciousness for all.
The ascended masters will continue to visit, charge and activate the love crystals until the time comes to
transport them to the ship of the Galactic Federation. Master Ashtar and Master So Ma will take control of
the love crystals then, they have the plan and the will given by the Creator and understand to where they
must transport the crystals and lay them to rest. They will embark on the night of the 5th October,
activating them in the early hours of the morning of the 6th of October in four different time zones. Many
ascended masters will board this Galactic Federation Ship to watch as the love crystals are placed and
anchored into the Earth. The ship will not be visible in the night sky but only to those who choose to look
with their hearts and through their third eye chakras emanating the purest vibration of love to us and our
mission on the Earth. The Temple of Mercy will be transformed from a chamber of protection and security;
the chosen ascended masters will build and reconstruct the temple as a place of learning in time for the
29th October.
As I sit now before the glowing light of the love crystals sharing my wisdom, love and consciousness with
the love crystals to aid the development of humanity, I thought that it would be appropriate for me to
connect with you today, to share with you a small portion of life on the inner planes and remind you of the
imminent arrival of the love crystals. I am Mother Mary, the Mother figure of humanity and the Christ
consciousness. I send into the love crystals my deepest devotion and nurturing love.

I, Mother Mary will step forward, imagine that within my hands I hold an energy crystal; it is a small
representation of the love crystals. I place the love crystal into your hands. It is a symbol or representative
of the love crystal but it still holds it high vibrations that will anchor into your being. You may now open
your heart and soul and channel your loving light into the crystal. Take your time and make sure that all
thoughts are positive such as, ‘The Earth is now a beacon of love, healing has now washed over the entire
body of Mother Earth and love emanates to all.’
At this powerful time when mastery of the mind is so prominent it is not appropriate to channel the energy
of the love crystals with thoughts such as, ‘I hope the Earth will be healed and restored to focus on
goodness.’ This should be changed to, ‘The Earth has now been healed and all energies have been
focused on goodness.’ You are creating the reality of the Earth now as you channel love into the love

When you are complete you may invoke me to remove the representative of the love crystal which holds all
the love of your soul securely within it. I will transport your love crystal to the Temple of Mercy and place

as it united the loving energies of the ascended masters, Angels and Mother Earth’s mighty soul as one
strong and powerful beam of light anchoring into the Earth, the souls of many and of course the love
crystals. These combinations of energies are a powerful and yet divine tool of that may be invoked now and
throughout the year of 2009. This means that the energies of love and abundance that you are experiencing
now will continue to anchor into your being to enable you to accelerate your spiritual development further
than you could ever imagine. These powerful energies brought forward from the ascended masters can be
used to amplify thoughts, healing and manifest the unconditional love of the Creator onto the Earth
throughout 2009. It will teach all that love is the truth of the Creator and through love one can become united

mind focus that even negative situations always have a positive outcome or a purpose in the eyes of the
Creator. Do not fear change but embrace love as this will act as a bridge to transport you to the reality of
your choice away from pain, suffering or negativity. It is only you who creates your reality, when you accept
negativity you allow it to take control of your reality. Allow love to be your reality and know that love will
support you at all times, for when you embrace love you allow us the mothers of the Earth to cradle you in
our arms and to unite you with the soul of the Creator.

expansive sacred soul. You are akin to the most precious bottles holding the life force energy of the Creator

The Temple of Mercy has been reformed on the inner planes for some time now and has assisted many with
the strains and confusion that spiritual awakening can produce. The temple acts as a soothing sanctuary for
all to visit in order to gain healing, wisdom, clarity and comfort as they travel along their spiritual journeys
wishing to gain unity with the Creator’s soul. I, Lady Mary spend much time within the Temple of Mercy on
the inner planes; I am drawn to experience its energy for many reasons, for one I remember the temple when
it existed before and was formed to support many souls in their transition of accepting light. I was one of the
souls who visited the temple to gain advancement, enlightenment and the greater embodiment of love. I now
find it a place of comfort, rest and reflection on my own growth and the teachings that I share with many. The

speed and is accepting the truth of the Creator. This means that the Creator’s will of anchoring a high
vibration of love onto the Earth to create civilisation and a humanity of love is sure to manifest.
You will often find me sitting peacefully, my legs crossed, arms in prayer and eyes closed in meditation in a
corner of the great hall of the temple, resting, rejuvenating and absorbing the high vibrations of light. I am
always open to anyone who passes to speak and connect with me, I enjoy sharing my experiences of the
temple with others, it is as if I am able to share the magic that I experience with others; it is such a great joy. I
must make you aware that even though the healing circle is still continuing within the Temple of Mercy, you
are able to visit it during meditation whenever you wish by asking. You can find a space of your own within
the great hall and simply soak up the energies and light that circulate and constantly flow into the temple.
I wished to communicate a message through to you today as I desired to explain some of the many
chambers that are available for you to visit within the Temple of Mercy. I have mentioned the great hall
before, it is an extremely vast cathedral style room, with high ceilings, polished floors, stone walls and lavish
windows glimmer with pure white light. From the great hall are many discrete doorways which lead to
chambers, equally as expansive and beautiful, all composed of pure white light. These chambers are
designated for specific energies and qualities; they are spaces that allow integration and understanding on
many levels. Some chambers that you can visit are; the Chamber of Ascended Masters, Chamber of
Archangels and Angels, the Chamber of Elohims and the Chamber of Elemental Energies. These are most
wondrous chambers. You can ask during meditation to visit one of these chambers, you will arrive within the
great hall and will be directed to the correct door to access the chamber of your desire. On entering the
chamber you will be greeted by a being of light that is most appropriate for you. For example, if you were to
enter the Chamber of Ascended Masters you would be greeted by an ascended master who is the most
suitable master to guide and assist you now, not only during your time within the Temple of Mercy but
during your reality on the Earth. This is truly amazing, it is like meeting your guide; everyone will of course
have different experiences. Once you have met your ascended master guide you can ask them to assist you
with anything, whether you wish to gain healing, clarity, access your ascended master consciousness or
simply meditate with the master. You will have the opportunity to visit your ascended master guide within
the Chamber of Ascended Masters whenever you wish to. Whichever chamber you enter into you can
access the energy, light and wisdom of the chamber while also being greeted by a guiding mentor, suitable
for your needs. Over time you can visit each chamber and can build a bond with four different guides who
will tutor you and assist you on the Earth whenever you call on their assistance.

believe them to be very important. Connecting with each would build a wealth of spiritual awareness and

I ask you to simply sit peacefully gaining a meditative state of being and mind. You may invoke my
assistance and guidance to oversee your visit to the Temple of Mercy. Then ask me to align you to the high
vibrational white energy of the Temple of Mercy, allow the energy to pour into your being as if you are sitting
beneath a waterfall. Expand your soul light and ask your personal angels and soul to ensure your protection
at all times. Then place the focus of your third eye into the white light, asking for an aspect of your being to
be transported to the Temple of Mercy, the great hall. Allow yourself to become aware of any visions or

An Inspirational Reminder by Lady Mary- 16/08/10
As the colours, light and frequencies of the Creator manifest in greater abundance with each day on the
Earth, it is essential to determine what is correct and appropriate for you to hold focus on within your reality.
So many changes are occurring on the Earth due to the alterations of a gradual process within the minds,
hearts, souls and consciousness of humanity. Times of change in energy can bring forth confusion and a
feeling of disappointment or an inability to achieve one’s goals; this can convey a feeling of a drifting focus
rather than a precise focus. While it is sometimes appropriate to allow ones focus to drift as this may be
needed to acquire new skills, lessons or to re direct intentions, it is essential to remain alert to the focus that
is most appropriate for you as you exist in the present or the moment. Many people continue to hold onto or
remain attached to a focus, idea or goal that is no longer needed in their current reality, these can be difficult
to detach from because of a feeling of incompletion. Some become distracted by feelings of expectations
from the self and others which can lead them from a path of truth and the will or divine plan of the Creator. To
let go of a focus that no longer serves a purpose in your reality or spiritual growth can be the key to
unleashing new abilities or a new path way forward. It can also clear your energies to allow new experiences
and lessons of growth to come into your reality. If you are ever feeling stuck then it is a wonderful practice to
re-examine your focus, ideas or goals as we can become so involved in certain thoughts that we miss
opportunities that are waiting to be accepted and adopted. Letting go of an unneeded focus can assist you in
accelerating along your spiritual path.
To live in the moment is a necessity when change in energy and therefore in your reality is a foot as it
signifies moving with rather than against the energy and flow of the Creator. From day to day the energy and
intentions that are aligned with the Earth can alter and hold diverse influences on your life, being accepting of
this and focusing on the present allows you to learn from and manifest the will of the Creator while receiving
the energies that are sent to the Earth to be accepted by humanity rather than ignored or misunderstood. To
live in the moment is to live in truth and free from illusion as you are discarding the influences of the past and
the prospects of the future to align with your own body, existence, mind and energy. This habit allows one to
align with the Creator’s soul as boundaries between the Earth and all that is the Creator are nonexistent.
Allowing yourself to simply be, experience and acknowledge your current experiences and senses expands
your mind and brings forth a clarity that encourages your focus on what is needed in your life to be accurate,
strong and precise. When we have a mind that holds a strong focus on our desires and our intentions for our
current reality, with an acceptance of the energies of the Creator, we begin to realise that we can tweak our
focuses with ease so that they remain aligned with the will of the Creator. We also realise that the focus
becomes so deep that it develops into a natural part of our being and energy, thus our mind and focus
become clear and we become our intentions or the will of the Creator. This creates a manifestation of yourself
that is the Creator’s energies, the will of the Creator and the appropriate intentions and focus for your soul’s
experiences on the Earth. To live in this manifestation is to live as truth and will attract all that your soul
desires into your reality.
To exist in the moment, supported by the current energies of the Creator and to determine the focuses or
goals that are appropriate for you now allows your intuition to step forward into the sacred space and clarity
that you have created. To follow your intuition in these times of alteration is the most valuable tool and
practice that you can adopt because it means that you will always receive the correct guidance to be in the
appropriate place and time to further your spiritual growth. Your intuition will steer you away from negativity
and towards positivity, allow the flow of Creator to build around and within you and to aid your progression
on all levels of your being. Your intuition can become an immense feeling or a loud voice directing you
appropriately allowing doubt, fear, confusion and insecurity to fall away. When we are secure within
ourselves and almost feel a guiding arrow within us directing us on a golden path of love, we become secure
in ourselves, abilities and experiences on the Earth, understanding that we are always safe and protected and
that whatever occurs around you due to the awakening of humanity you have the strength within you to
remain balanced and focused upon your mission and purpose on the Earth at this present time.

Love Yourself to Transform the World by Lady Mary- 23/08/10
Greetings to all, I am Lady Mary, I come forward with a wealth of love from my heart and soul but I hold a torch
of love for all of you. My torch of love is held within my right hand, it is a manifestation of my own loving
energies and devotion for humanity and the Creator. My light shines so brightly and it is my wish to guide
humanity forward with a torch of love lighting their path. There are many paths that a soul or human can take
on the Earth to achieve their goals and to become one with the Creator but there is a focus and a state of
existence that is essential for all to adopt and is the truth that is needed on the Earth as healing and
upliftment. Love is this sacred focus, love is the existence that is necessary to maintain and empower. With
the presence of love you are more powerful, enlightened and healed than you could ever imagine as love is
naturally intertwined within every manifestation of the Earth and the Creator’s universe. Love is present within
the food and drink that you consume, within the clothes that you wear and the thoughts that you create. You
do not have to charge objects or experiences with love because love is eternally present. Many people have
the perspective that love can be difficult to see or experience in the world and that most situations become
charged with negativity. When we realise that the Creator manifests and exists within everything on the Earth
we must also accept the truth of the Creator therefore acknowledging that love is constantly and eternally
around and within us. This is the greatest realisation of all, it is the realisation that all of humanity are striving
to accept at this time of spiritual ascension. Yet it is such a simple thought and realisation, it is due to
programming and false interruptions that humanity struggles to see the natural presence of love which is in
abundance on the Earth.
If you imagine a room which has been decorated in your favourite colours, you enjoy the room and see its
natural beauty. Then decorators come into the room and put up false walls and repaint the walls in a darker
colour which makes you feel unease. Your favourite colours and decoration are still present and in the room,
but they are being concealed by the false walls which give your reality a new impression. You have the ability
to remove all false walls and exist within the decoration that appeals to you but the darker colours look so real
to you that you do not question them and so allow them to exist within your reality. In many ways we adopt
beliefs and understandings from our experiences on the Earth and from the opinions of others which distract
us from the truth and what makes us feel complete and happy. When we break down the barriers that distract
us we are able to live a more fulfilled and valuable reality, because of the greater sacred presence of the
Creator and your alignment to all that is the Creator. Many things and experiences can be created with your
mind with such ease but when you allow yourself to exist within love you are allowing your soul to create
your reality which means that only truth is created. Imagine if you could live in a world where everything you
heard, saw or experienced was the absolute truth, there were no false beliefs, no hidden agendas, no lies or
miss interruption, everything that you thought was true because it was flowing from the soul of the Creator.
This would bring a tremendous feeling of comfort, confidence, peace and faith allowing humanity to evolve
further to accept new realities built on the foundation of love and a oneness with all. This is the wish of all on
the inner planes, to allow the Earth to manifest as the truth of the Creator and for all to exist as the truth of the
Creator. A simple wish but one that requires great bravery and inner strength, which in turn develops from
the presence of love.
I believe it is wonderful to sit in peace and imagine how you would experience your reality if everything
around you was the truth of the Creator, if everything was love. Would this differ from your reality now? Allow
your imagination to flow, energising it with positive emotions of happiness and bliss. When love is present
then limitations and barriers are dissolved. It is our wish to assist you in freeing yourself from the chains and
locks that bind you so tightly and block your vision forward, a vision of truth. Imagine yourself breaking all
chains around you as you throw your arms out and dispel all false impressions allowing yourself to realise
that love is eternally present within you and around you and you have the ability to now breathe in this love to
feel and experience it fully. It will help you transform your being and reality, in a way that it breathtaking.
The only way to truly alter your perception and align it once more to the truth so that all thoughts manifest
perfection rather than further challenges and lessons, is to focus on loving yourself unconditionally. In a time
of change many people are seeking love, support and understanding from others but now is the time to
realise that you will never find the wealth of love that you require to satisfy your needs in another soul on the
Earth, because each person is focusing on bringing a complete wholeness to their own energy and needs to
learn the practice of unconditional self love. The Creator will share with you all the love and support that you
desire and need as the Creator is a whole energy, a true and complete manifestation but even with this
connection if you are unable to love yourself then you will not be able to accept the love of the Creator
absolutely. When we love ourselves unconditionally we are actually completing a process of accepting love
and being worthy of love. We can ask for love from the Creator but if we do not hold the belief of loving
ourselves unconditionally we do not hold the ability or the key that opens the door to acceptance. Loving
yourself is the tool that opens you to exist as love. There is no other method that allows you to truly accept
the love of the Creator. Now is the time to create a belief system of loving yourself unconditional as this will
allow the love of the Creator to pour into your being and the Earth abundantly, attracting you instantly to the
presence of love that has been with you at all times.
Call on me, Lady Mary, to sit with you as you meditate or sit peacefully and ask me to shine my torch of love
over you. Breathe in the loving energy and simply say to yourself,
‘I love myself unconditional, with every aspect of my being I see and feel the love of the Creator around and
within me.’
Say this in your mind or out loud for as long as you wish, you should feel the natural energies of love building

that is so pure within you. You do not have to live in false impressions and beliefs but can change your

on the Earth to achieve their goals and to become one with the Creator but there is a focus and a state of
existence that is essential for all to adopt and is the truth that is needed on the Earth as healing and
upliftment. Love is this sacred focus, love is the existence that is necessary to maintain and empower. With
the presence of love you are more powerful, enlightened and healed than you could ever imagine as love is
naturally intertwined within every manifestation of the Earth and the Creator’s universe. Love is present within
the food and drink that you consume, within the clothes that you wear and the thoughts that you create. You
do not have to charge objects or experiences with love because love is eternally present. Many people have
the perspective that love can be difficult to see or experience in the world and that most situations become
charged with negativity. When we realise that the Creator manifests and exists within everything on the Earth
we must also accept the truth of the Creator therefore acknowledging that love is constantly and eternally
around and within us. This is the greatest realisation of all, it is the realisation that all of humanity are striving
to accept at this time of spiritual ascension. Yet it is such a simple thought and realisation, it is due to
programming and false interruptions that humanity struggles to see the natural presence of love which is in
abundance on the Earth.
If you imagine a room which has been decorated in your favourite colours, you enjoy the room and see its
natural beauty. Then decorators come into the room and put up false walls and repaint the walls in a darker
colour which makes you feel unease. Your favourite colours and decoration are still present and in the room,
but they are being concealed by the false walls which give your reality a new impression. You have the ability
to remove all false walls and exist within the decoration that appeals to you but the darker colours look so real
to you that you do not question them and so allow them to exist within your reality. In many ways we adopt
beliefs and understandings from our experiences on the Earth and from the opinions of others which distract
us from the truth and what makes us feel complete and happy. When we break down the barriers that distract
us we are able to live a more fulfilled and valuable reality, because of the greater sacred presence of the
Creator and your alignment to all that is the Creator. Many things and experiences can be created with your
mind with such ease but when you allow yourself to exist within love you are allowing your soul to create
your reality which means that only truth is created. Imagine if you could live in a world where everything you
heard, saw or experienced was the absolute truth, there were no false beliefs, no hidden agendas, no lies or
miss interruption, everything that you thought was true because it was flowing from the soul of the Creator.
This would bring a tremendous feeling of comfort, confidence, peace and faith allowing humanity to evolve
further to accept new realities built on the foundation of love and a oneness with all. This is the wish of all on
the inner planes, to allow the Earth to manifest as the truth of the Creator and for all to exist as the truth of the
Creator. A simple wish but one that requires great bravery and inner strength, which in turn develops from
the presence of love.
I believe it is wonderful to sit in peace and imagine how you would experience your reality if everything
around you was the truth of the Creator, if everything was love. Would this differ from your reality now? Allow
your imagination to flow, energising it with positive emotions of happiness and bliss. When love is present
then limitations and barriers are dissolved. It is our wish to assist you in freeing yourself from the chains and
locks that bind you so tightly and block your vision forward, a vision of truth. Imagine yourself breaking all
chains around you as you throw your arms out and dispel all false impressions allowing yourself to realise
that love is eternally present within you and around you and you have the ability to now breathe in this love to
feel and experience it fully. It will help you transform your being and reality, in a way that it breathtaking.
The only way to truly alter your perception and align it once more to the truth so that all thoughts manifest
perfection rather than further challenges and lessons, is to focus on loving yourself unconditionally. In a time
of change many people are seeking love, support and understanding from others but now is the time to
realise that you will never find the wealth of love that you require to satisfy your needs in another soul on the
Earth, because each person is focusing on bringing a complete wholeness to their own energy and needs to
learn the practice of unconditional self love. The Creator will share with you all the love and support that you
desire and need as the Creator is a whole energy, a true and complete manifestation but even with this
connection if you are unable to love yourself then you will not be able to accept the love of the Creator
absolutely. When we love ourselves unconditionally we are actually completing a process of accepting love
and being worthy of love. We can ask for love from the Creator but if we do not hold the belief of loving
ourselves unconditionally we do not hold the ability or the key that opens the door to acceptance. Loving
yourself is the tool that opens you to exist as love. There is no other method that allows you to truly accept
the love of the Creator. Now is the time to create a belief system of loving yourself unconditional as this will
allow the love of the Creator to pour into your being and the Earth abundantly, attracting you instantly to the
presence of love that has been with you at all times.
Call on me, Lady Mary, to sit with you as you meditate or sit peacefully and ask me to shine my torch of love
over you. Breathe in the loving energy and simply say to yourself,

expressed and accepted. Love is ever present in every moment and experience in your life. Love not only exists in your
surroundings but most importantly exists within your being. Love is an energy that composes your entire being; it is a
guiding and healing energy that can fill you with joy and contentment. If you remain connected to love by acknowledging the
love within your being, reality and others, then you will begin to understand the love of the Creator, its power and
importance in your reality. In your current reality love is the transforming energy that can be used in all situation and

but we also wished to remind you of how wonderful your current reality actually is. You are blessed completely with such
abundance, so many opportunities, possibilities and good things. You are already everything that we have spoken about
today. If you can remember this always then you can transform your reality even further. We realise that many people
become so locked into their physical reality and the negative situations that are occurring, they forget to acknowledge,
appreciate and give thanks to the wonderful blessings that they receive naturally daily. You are abundant in so many more
ways than we have stated today. Allow yourself to write down and document the blessings that are with you right now, the
wonderful abundant energies and experiences that flow into your reality. It is important to have the mentality that you are
also all that you wish to be right now. People often have dreams or goals and they perceive that time will aid achievement.
Time is an illusion and was only created to bring structure to your physical reality. It is not time that allows your dreams to
manifest but gradual understanding that you are already all that you dream of. This understanding comes gradually because
you allow or desire it to, but it doesn’t have to be a gradual process and can manifest instantly, there is simply a need to
dissolve the habit and create a new pattern of generating, manifesting and awakening energies from within you.
We ask that you do not allow yourself to feel negative about your reality whatever your circumstance because we want you
to see the many blessings that are already with you. With this alteration in the way that you perceive your reality, you will
alter all negative situations as you draw the love of the Creator deeper into your reality and being. We ask that you adopt an
existence and perception that you live in a reality that is abundantly blessed. Accept whole heartily that you are blessed by
the Creator and are deserving of these blessings. Know that you can call upon blessings to shower over and through your
being. Your reality is beautiful as it is now; take your focus away from the negativity, your loss, what you do not have and
honour the abundance that is within and around you. Allowing this state of existence to become a pattern will encourage a
wealth of abundance in all forms to flow into your reality with ease and perfection.
It is important that humanity begins to notice and accept how blessed they are, how abundant and loved they are because
this will break a negative pattern that is etched within the consciousness of many on the Earth. Many people still hold onto
the belief that they are not worthy of the blessings, energy and love of the Creator. Some believe it is immoral to be
abundant in all ways when devoting oneself to the Creator. Others believe that negative situations and experience require
and should be given more focus and attention than positive experiences. Patterns of resisting the abundance of the Creator
or ignoring the blessings of the Creator now must be dissolved; it is the presence of love that is encouraging this alteration.
Love encourages appreciation and acceptance. Allow yourself to begin to believe in the love of the Creator by being
thankful for and honouring your current reality for the abundant blessing that it is.

When in a physical body it can be very difficult to understand the energy of love as it manifests as a vibration and feeling
which cannot truly be analysed or described. It is most important to recognise the potentials and existence of love. Love is a
powerful essence that manifests from the Creator. Love can be found within every person on the Earth. Love can be shared,
expressed and accepted. Love is ever present in every moment and experience in your life. Love not only exists in your
surroundings but most importantly exists within your being. Love is an energy that composes your entire being; it is a
guiding and healing energy that can fill you with joy and contentment. If you remain connected to love by acknowledging the
love within your being, reality and others, then you will begin to understand the love of the Creator, its power and
importance in your reality. In your current reality love is the transforming energy that can be used in all situation and
circumstance on the Earth, with this understanding you can create a reality of love for yourself.

With the consciousness of humanity developing and awakening along with the intense light vibrations that are being
anchored into the Earth by light guides and humanity you are now being given a powerful situation and foundation to allow
your spiritual awakening to progress with ease. Everything that you realise now has a greater impact on your reality, feelings
and thoughts. The vibration upon the Earth and within your being is much quicker than in the past which lends itself to
accelerated growth and awakening. It is a great blessing to have supportive energies around you and anchored into the
Earth encouraging all illusions to be dissolved and truth to be illuminated. You also have tremendous support from your
guides, when you ask your guides to accelerate your spiritual awakening they will according to the will of the Creator. You
