Firstly, we wish to express our gratitude to all the souls on the Earth who have supported our mission from the
start, who have expressed their love to us ensuring our safety at all times. We the Galactic Federation of
Ascended Masters are extremely humbled by your response and encouragement for our mission of placing the
Love Crystals of the ascended masters into the Earth as anchors of love and beacons of love on the Earth. We
are happy to say that our mission was successful and all crystals have been placed safely into the Earth. They
have been activated but we believe their energies to be low at the moment, as time passes they will become
accustomed to their purpose and will be energised by the ascended masters making them powerful beacons of
light and love on the Earth. It would not be appropriate for their energies to be intense at the beginning as
humanity must become accustomed to their energy otherwise this may cause more upset and discomfort than
is necessary. You will still be able to feel the energy and love of the Love Crystals if you wish to, by simply
asking to experience the energy of the Love Crystals in your life and asking the ascended masters to pour their
love into your being through your crown chakra at the top of your head, down your spine and into the Earth to
heal and uplift Mother Earth.
The Love Crystals can help to heal negative situations within humanity on the Earth, their energy flows
through the ley lines and energy lines of the Earth, activating and healing them so that the Earth may be
restored to its former glory, a heaven on the Earth. This is only the beginning. Those of you have assisted us in
our current mission we will call on again, integrating you and your energies into our purpose and role of healing

current mission of the ascended masters. It is a difficult task needless to say but it is one that will raise the
energy vibration of the planet in preparation for the greater evolvement of all in 2012. It is at the end of the year
2012 that the ascended masters and the Creator wish to have truly manifested love onto the Earth, within the
hearts and souls of all so that all may experience the Age of Love on the Earth. Through love many will grow
spiritually, integrating with their souls, monads or soul groups and the Creator. Accepting themselves as
powerful beacons of light and love on the Earth, with immense depths of wisdoms within their minds and souls.
The Age of Love, if anchored, will be a time of miracles and transformation on the Earth but you do not have to
wait until 2012 to experience it. You know what you need to do and you can manifest the Age of Love into your
life now with the power of your thoughts, your determination, the anchoring of the ascended masters’ abundant
energy and the Christ consciousness energy. Healing and cleansing is needed also in order to wash away past
negative energy so that all may open and awaken to the energy of love that naturally exists within the souls of
all. With the presence of love; fear, crime, extreme weather conditions, poverty, famine and pain will simply
dissolve as the energy of abundant love takes its place. You have to be open and receptive to the energy of love
entering into your life and most importantly before you can accept love you must love yourself unconditionally,
not in an egotistical way but in a truthful way that allows you to discover the essence of the Creator within your
being.

Most beloved and treasured souls on the Earth, we honour you now, we honour all that you are and all that is the
Creator within you. We bow to you for your devotion, your dedication and the darkness you are walking through to
become light once more. We understand that the walk that you are taking now through the lessons of the Earth
maybe hard and painful, there maybe times when you feel so alone or unable to continue but please know that we
love you so much. We, the Ascended Masters know every step of the walk home that you are making and we love
completely with every step you take. We know you as our friend and will never abandon you or any other on the
Earth, we are here to cradle you when you are down and to rejoice with you when good fortune manifests.
We truly honour you for the life that you are experiencing on the Earth and we simply wish you to know that we are
here for you, whatever your experience we love and support you absolutely. Remember that you can always find
the light of the Creator within you but if this is not yet possible then you can find the love of the Creator within us
and we will share our light with you, as if we were offering you a candle of hope, until you learn to light or
strengthen your own candle and flame of light.
Call upon us and we will make a circle of light around you, we will each light a candle of love and hope within our
own energy and radiate it as support for you. There is no need for you to ever feel alone, we are here as your
friends and as your family. Trust in us we will guide you eternally, we will strengthen your soul so that you may
experience true liberation and freedom on the Earth, manifesting as the magnificence and loving vibration of the
Creator.
In a world that is changing, you and those around you are changing also. New energies are emerging while old
energies are falling away. This can lead to confusion, a feeling of insecurity, fear and loneliness. Many people on
the Earth wonder if they are alone in their perspective of the Earth and their devotion to the Creator, we hear your
thoughts. It may seem in your reality as if you are the only one who is holding a torch of light but please believe us
when we say that there are many of you all over the Earth. Even those who you believe to be focused upon the
physical aspects of the Earth may be holding their touch of light but simply concealing it until they feel courageous
enough to let it shine free from fear. As change occurs you will see the thread of light that is akin to your torch of
light flowing through your reality and the realities of others. Change can create confusion but the process of
confusion brings balance, it allows you to discover your inner strength and a place of peace within your being. A
period of confusion is needed to encourage humanity to focus upon the balanced energy and stillness of the
Creator that exists within like a sanctuary or a retreat.
Change is the energy of transformation, it only brings forth positive understanding of oneself, reality or the Creator.
To see change as a negative experience or outcome is to focus upon illusions and to miss the truth that is being
revealed.
When change is occurring within and around you it is important to understand where you must place your focus.
We, the Ascended Masters are here to help you in any way we can, to lend our light, to offer our guidance, to
divinely intervene when needed, to love you unconditionally or to simply accompany you as you walk through the
journey of life. This is something that we wish to make you aware of you, you don’t have to go through your
spiritual and physical experiences alone, we are here to be with you. In times of change and confusion it is
important to simply hold on to a sense of love and balance within you, we can help you achieve this if you ask us
to, simply ask during meditation and we will step forward to work with your energies. You can call upon us as the
Community of Ascended Masters or the Great White Brother and Sisterhood of Ascended Masters. If you simply
wish us to sit with you or to transfer our energies we will.
There is a need for you to find a practice that makes you happy, that helps you feel aligned with the Creator and
brings peace. This practice can be as simple as an affirmation, mantra, a visualisation, breathing, a colour of light or
a memory (focus only on the feeling rather than the circumstances.) If you can experiment and discover a small
practice that can be achieved anywhere then you will hold a tremendous tool of reconnection, of remaining
balanced even when confusion or change are at foot. Sometimes it is our minds that can be confused and so it is
always a beneficial idea to have a practice that you can execute to bring your mind back to a state of clarity and
understanding. We do not wish to share with you techniques as we wish for you to discover them for yourself,
when you discover the practice it is more personal and meaningful for you, therefore more powerful. You can ask
your soul or intuition to guide you or simply have fun experimenting with different ideas. Remember you are a
creative loving being.
We also wish to remind you that when you focus upon the Creator and the qualities of the Creator this will bring
you into alignment and balance, which essentially means that it allows you to hold the truth and to heal yourself.
You can simply declare your love for the Creator or your love for yourself as the Creator. To declare your love is a
symbol of surrendering to the Creator asking for the divine will and love of the Creator to envelop you. To declare
your love for yourself as the Creator energises your own inner power, wisdom and truth, allowing these to unfold
with ease from your being to support and guide you forward.
Simply knowing that you are not alone and that you have the Ascended Masters as your friends and family,
developing a small and short practice to rebalance and realign yourself to the Creator and declaring your love for
the Creator will assist you in remaining balanced, in a state of love and peace while change and confusion occurs
around or within you. We so wanted you to understand this as we realise that these three simple focuses
throughout your day would make a tremendous change to your vibration, helping you to remain at one with the
Creator and your soul. They would also combat any loneliness, insecurity or fear you may be experiencing.
We wish to remind you that as you call upon us to support you, it is important to remember to call upon like minded
and like vibrational light beings on the Earth to enter into your reality. Very often humans exist on the Earth with a
feeling of loneliness but they forget to ask for those of similar vibration on the Earth to connect with their being and
reality. It is usually the case that a like minded person is close by but because neither of you have asked to make
friends with someone of similar vibration, you have never met. When we ask it is important to remember that the will
of the Creator will determine the connections you make but you could have a network of light beings on the Earth
to share your experiences with, if you simply ask. When we invite light beings of human form into our reality
through our prayers or thoughts, it can often give our soul an opportunity to create new lessons and experiences
of growth to aid our development as well as allowing us to collect new wisdom. It is important to be thoughtful and
aware when asking for new people to connect with; you must consider what you are actually asking for when you
say that you wish to connect with like minded people as these people will be a mirror to your own mind.
Alternatively you could ask for someone of a high vibration of light with similar spiritual interests as you. What we
are emphasising here is that there is a need to be precise in what you ask for or to simply give your request to
connect with people holding and recognising the light of the Creator up to the will of the Creator to attract whoever
the will of the Creator guides. It is for you to decide the method that is most appropriate for you. We make you
aware of these methods because the level of understanding recognised within you can determine the best way for
you to manifest, follow your intuition.
In many ways it could be seen as your mission to ask for the most appropriate like minded and like vibrational
people to enter into your reality to aid and develop your spiritual growth, because when you make new connections

Being of Service, Part 2, by the Ascended Masters

Beloved souls upon the Earth, we send our unconditional love and blessings to you now as we come forward with
devotion to assist you in being of service in your current reality. To be of service is to be helpful to others and the
Creator while you are in your current position of existence on the Earth. You have a tremendous power and one
day you will realise that your light, intentions and loving energies can easily create transformations, solve problems
and bring energies or situations into balance. As we come forward to share our wisdom with you, now is the time to
believe in yourself and how you can truly be of benefit to the Earth and its humanity. There is a powerful reason and
purpose that you are on the Earth now and it is to radiate and anchor the light of the Creator. The Earth vibrates at a
slower speed, it needs a person of similar vibration, such as someone with a physical body, to filter or anchor the
energies into the atmosphere of the Earth. It is also important to realise that the light within your physical being is
the transformational light of the Creator, when radiated it can alter the vibration of the atmosphere around you thus
allowing greater and higher vibration of the Creator’s light and love to manifest. You are essentially the anchor or
point of creation on the Earth. We, the Ascended Masters and the Creator will always support, love and guide you
but the creation of the reality that you experience develops from your being, mind and energy systems. You are the
paint brush that designs and expresses your reality as you wish it to be. Your energies are linked with all of
humanity; together as a group you paint the reality that you wish to experience as a civilisation on the Earth. The
creations of previous generations also affect your creation and can either limit or liberate the reality that you and
humanity create.
When negative situations occur on the Earth they are usually a creation of past negative energy that has not been
address or released appropriately. If you imagine that you have experienced a negative situation in your reality
which causes fear or feelings of sadness and darkness, if you do not address, release and cleanse these energies
they can cause illness or pain in your physical body or create a reoccurring pattern until addressed. This is the
same for the Earth, the unconscious thoughts and negativity of humanity can build, if they are not addressed or
cleansed by humanity this can create a negative situation on the Earth. We must always remember that situations
can appear negative to the human mind but all circumstance hold a positive outcome and have a true purpose of
learning and growth for all involved. This can be hard to accept but when you allow yourself to see beyond the
limitations of the Earth you will know that everything is a lesson of love, a lesson to dissolve all energies,
experience and situations that cause lack of love and to amplify love in its purity on the Earth. Many lessons are
present on the Earth with a simple purpose to encourage humanity to be more loving, compassionate and giving of
their inner sacred light. Most lessons aid humanity in opening their heart more fully to reveal the loving presence of
the Creator within. As you look at your own reality and the circumstances occurring on the Earth, you will know in
your heart that this is true. If every lesson was approached with this understanding then you would find that many
life lessons would become easier because you would have the tools to move through them with strength and much
healing would occur within your being, reality and on the Earth.
Every hardship in your life, small or large, is encouraging you to open your heart to reveal the love of the Creator
within.
Life can be seen as joyous and tremendously rejuvenating when holding this perspective, but in accepting this
truth you are being of service to humanity and the Creator because with each experience in your reality you are
awakening more love from within your being, knitting it into your reality to create yourself and reality as a sacred
space on the Earth. As this sacred space moving around on the Earth you are naturally activating and inspiring
others to manifest their realities as a sacred space of love and peace. You can imagine how the Earth would be
affected if everyone poured love from their hearts constantly as they moved through their life.
We also begin to notice that because of each person’s quest for love and humanity’s joint quest for acceptance and
realisation of the Creator’s love many make sacrifices to assist and support the development of others. Through

imagine that you are embracing all of humanity, the circumstance, your own reality or a single person in your arms.
It is as if you are existing as your spiritual/ soul self and are embracing all in love, your spiritual or etheric arms are
encapsulating the people or situation, enveloping them in the purest abundance of love.
Allow yourself to sit peacefully in meditation.
Invoke your guides and angelic beings to surround you in their love and support.
Ask to activate from within your heart and soul, your true loving, healing and compassionate self.
Let this energy or source of light from within you manifest more fully, taking on the form of your body.
Acknowledge yourself as your true self sitting in radiant meditation.
Think for a moment on the situation, people or person you wish to support in love, light and healing.
Be thankful for the lessons that you are learning through this experience now as a radiant being of service and
because of the circumstance in your physical reality.
Then imagine a great flow of light surging within your being, imagine your arms reaching out and encapsulating the
people, country, circumstance or person in your light arms.
You can see your light and loving energy melting into the area that is in need of healing, support or upliftment. You
can feel transformation occurring and a solution developing. You are adding a connection for those within your
embrace with the Creator.
Feel the compassion, love and light extending from your heart chakra and know in your heart that you are love and
you love all. You can say words of support to those within your arms.
Imagine the light and love then flowing into the Earth where the people, person, situation is in existence, this helps
to ground the healing into the physical vibration.
Then imagine that you release your arms and sit for a moment as your true self.
When you wish to complete this process simply allow your own light to flow into the Earth, this is to allow you to
benefit from the energy that you have created also.
This is a wonderful and powerful practice because it is humanity’s natural reaction to hug or embrace a person who
is suffering or in pain. The embrace allows an exchange of energy and offers support; you can achieve the same on

Beloved souls upon the Earth, we send our unconditional love and blessings to you now as we come forward with
devotion to assist you in being of service in your current reality. To be of service is to be helpful to others and the
Creator while you are in your current position of existence on the Earth. You have a tremendous power and one
day you will realise that your light, intentions and loving energies can easily create transformations, solve problems
and bring energies or situations into balance. As we come forward to share our wisdom with you, now is the time to
believe in yourself and how you can truly be of benefit to the Earth and its humanity. There is a powerful reason and
purpose that you are on the Earth now and it is to radiate and anchor the light of the Creator. The Earth vibrates at a
slower speed, it needs a person of similar vibration, such as someone with a physical body, to filter or anchor the
energies into the atmosphere of the Earth. It is also important to realise that the light within your physical being is
the transformational light of the Creator, when radiated it can alter the vibration of the atmosphere around you thus
allowing greater and higher vibration of the Creator’s light and love to manifest. You are essentially the anchor or
point of creation on the Earth. We, the Ascended Masters and the Creator will always support, love and guide you
but the creation of the reality that you experience develops from your being, mind and energy systems. You are the
paint brush that designs and expresses your reality as you wish it to be. Your energies are linked with all of
humanity; together as a group you paint the reality that you wish to experience as a civilisation on the Earth. The
creations of previous generations also affect your creation and can either limit or liberate the reality that you and
humanity create.
When negative situations occur on the Earth they are usually a creation of past negative energy that has not been
address or released appropriately. If you imagine that you have experienced a negative situation in your reality
which causes fear or feelings of sadness and darkness, if you do not address, release and cleanse these energies
they can cause illness or pain in your physical body or create a reoccurring pattern until addressed. This is the
same for the Earth, the unconscious thoughts and negativity of humanity can build, if they are not addressed or
cleansed by humanity this can create a negative situation on the Earth. We must always remember that situations
can appear negative to the human mind but all circumstance hold a positive outcome and have a true purpose of
learning and growth for all involved. This can be hard to accept but when you allow yourself to see beyond the
limitations of the Earth you will know that everything is a lesson of love, a lesson to dissolve all energies,
experience and situations that cause lack of love and to amplify love in its purity on the Earth. Many lessons are
present on the Earth with a simple purpose to encourage humanity to be more loving, compassionate and giving of
their inner sacred light. Most lessons aid humanity in opening their heart more fully to reveal the loving presence of
the Creator within. As you look at your own reality and the circumstances occurring on the Earth, you will know in
your heart that this is true. If every lesson was approached with this understanding then you would find that many
life lessons would become easier because you would have the tools to move through them with strength and much
healing would occur within your being, reality and on the Earth.
Every hardship in your life, small or large, is encouraging you to open your heart to reveal the love of the Creator
within.
Life can be seen as joyous and tremendously rejuvenating when holding this perspective, but in accepting this
truth you are being of service to humanity and the Creator because with each experience in your reality you are
awakening more love from within your being, knitting it into your reality to create yourself and reality as a sacred
space on the Earth. As this sacred space moving around on the Earth you are naturally activating and inspiring
others to manifest their realities as a sacred space of love and peace. You can imagine how the Earth would be
affected if everyone poured love from their hearts constantly as they moved through their life.
We also begin to notice that because of each person’s quest for love and humanity’s joint quest for acceptance and
realisation of the Creator’s love many make sacrifices to assist and support the development of others. Through

be of service you must begin to understand and comprehend the true meaning of the Creator’s love, to know, to
feel and to realise it within you. It can take a whole lifetime to truly understand what the love of the Creator is but it is
through your pursuit of this understanding that you will be of service to others. By seeking the love within you, you

Creator more fully into and onto the Earth. Even more than this it invokes the Creator within each person to
activate, making the personality and mind aware of its true existence. An intent, feeling or desire has more power
than words and so humanity is calling forth their God or Creator self from within them to take control of their reality,
to be present, alert and active upon the Earth. We can imagine that this would create such a tremendous
transformation on the Earth as it would mean that all are aligned to the Creator at all times, everything manifested or
created by humanity would hold the very essence of Creator truth. Violence, fear, hatred, crime and all negative
behaviours or actions would begin to diminish because humanity would develop a new found respect, honour and
love for each other. Each person would learn to be kind and loving to themselves and to treat every other soul on
the Earth in the same way. A true and loving transformation and integration with the Creator has the opportunity to
manifest with the simple intent of humanity to wish to discover the source of love within their beings. We realise
that an individual’s pursuit, search, quest and detection of and for love is a tremendous service to all of humanity
because an opening or channel for the love of the Creator is being created. The individual also begins to see
themselves in a new light, discovering themselves as positive qualities therefore being able to recognise these
qualities within others. We realise that the love of the Creator is always present when we learn to recognise love
with greater abundance within our reality and the people around us. Then we are manifesting a reality of love for
everyone to experience. There are qualities of love within others you can recognise within yourself. For example
when you recognise the quality of joy within yourself, then you recognise it within another, they will then recognise
the quality of joy within themselves. To recognise a quality of joy isn’t to only acknowledge joy in people when they
are laughing or having fun but to see or feel it as the very essence of their being as an energy that is constant and
vibrant.

deeply brings such a sense of contentment, security, freedom and power because you understand what you are
capable of, what you can manifest and that you are supported constantly. It is essentially like living on the Earth
when your best friend is a super hero. Super Heroes usually want to save the world but your friend the Super Hero
wants to save and support you and your reality. This is the energy of love within you. When you can understand
the energy of love within you then it is far easier to express and much easier to see within others. You will begin to
notice the same energy of love within others helping you to understand your unity with all.
Imagine if you and others on the Earth were going about their daily routine knowing and holding within their
hearts and minds what love truly was, essentially it is truth of the Creator, then this would be such a tremendous
service as you would be acting as an example of love for others. It would be like holding the book of Creator love

needed to, but you would also know the book off by heart. Your knowingness of the source of love within you
