Maintaining Inner Power-Part 2- Understanding Power- 19-01-09
I wish to begin this second section by explaining and discussing the energy that exists within your
being and the energy influences around you. It is important to gain a greater understanding and clarity of
exactly what your inner power is before you can accept and maintain your magnificent energy.
I hold a great understanding of the path of a spiritual being on the Earth walking a spiritual path to
ascension, this is because for much time I have collected and examined the collective consciousness of
humanity on the Earth as they have evolved and progressed spiritually or stagnated due to blockages. I
understand the mind of a human and how it is influenced by thoughts that are created, inspired by the
divine or planted against your will into your mind. I understand the patterns of thought that the physical
energies of the Earth can cause and by anchoring light into your mind you can increase your
consciousness to a new spiritual awareness. I have viewed humans with unstable or confused thoughts
and others with focused thoughts. Many thoughts create a consciousness, it is my passion to comprehend
consciousnesses and to help souls on the Earth in gaining mastery which is to accept and integrate a
consciousness that is equal to the consciously loving energy of the Creator.
As a source of high vibrational consciousness I have evolved through and accepted lower energy
vibrations gradually building to express the sacred energy and wisdom that I hold now. My passion of
accepting new high vibrational consciousnesses is fuelled by my own guides and spiritual mentors on the
inner planes, who exist at a higher vibration than I and are therefore able to guide and nurture me
appropriately. I believe that I am equipped to assisting humanity in accepting a new level of consciousness,
understanding how thoughts really do rule the life you lead, how accepting and maintaining your power
can direct you to greater mastery. I am equally passionate about guiding souls on the Earth as I understand
the difficulties that souls can experience through growth and am able to point out areas within your
personality, growth or reality that need greater attention. I hope that you will invoke me to assist you in your
life, meditate calling my energies to integrate with your own light and glorious vibration. I will emit the
appropriate consciousness, wisdom and awareness into your being; I am doing this now as I communicate
with you.
Your body is composed of energy; I view your physical body as energy that encapsulates a magnificent
source of light. This source of light has a vibration, consciousness, light, colour, wisdom and instinct of its
own; it is your soul and an aspect of the Creator. Your soul has many levels to its source of energy which
expand beyond your physical body energy. Each level has a purpose for both your physical life on the
Earth and your spiritual development. The soul is supposed to influence every aspect of your being
especially your mind and mental body but when we view the population of the Earth in general this doesn’t
seem prominent, many of the aspects of the soul and physical body work separately. The mind is allowed
to be influenced by the ego while the emotions are on hyper sensitive alert, being bullied by the unfocused
thoughts of the mind. This does sound extreme but I am trying to explain how one can live their life pushing
the soul out of its seat where it is in control. All souls are loving, every single soul within the Creator’s
universe is a soul composed of love, never forget this, it is the truth as every soul is the Creator in
manifestation. Until a personality awakens to the existence of their soul within their being, honouring this
source of energy and seeing that it is a great source of high vibrational love then the soul will remain
powerless. This is when negative karma can occur because in truth the human is moving through life
without its guide; its soul. If we imagine every person moving through their life disconnected from their
soul then we see how negative energy can develop and influence whole civilisations. We also understand
how a person that we meet can cause us harm and pain through their actions, thoughts, attitudes and
energy. When we allow the beliefs of another person to influence our being, outlook and mood in a
negative way we are again denying the great source of love that exists within the physical body, thus giving
our power away. The soul becomes encapsulated by stronger and stronger barriers stopping your soul
from divinely influencing your life and way of living. Your soul is persistent in its efforts to regain control,
but it also understands the will of the Creator and the fact that a period disconnection from the soul can
allow a great growth process or insight to occur.
An aspect of the soul will always be connected to the personality because otherwise you wouldn’t have
a physical body to exist within; when I say disconnected I simply mean that the soul is not influencing the
physical reality or actions of the person.
The word ‘Power’ ignites a perception of passionate people striving to achieve their desires without
thinking of others. It is associated with bullying, overwhelming, greed, aggressiveness and malice. One can
draw on the meaning of power from past experiences or the fearful consciousness of civilisations, but what
if you had never perceived power before and sat in meditation asking your soul to demonstrate and explain
its meaning of power? Would you gain a different understanding from the one you hold now? Your soul is
eternally loving and so it will always focus on love. As there is a negative aspect of power, there is a
positive aspect. It is wonderful to comprehend that existing connected to the soul would give you a greater
understanding of everything in your life, allowing you to discover the truth for yourself rather than holding
the thoughts and opinions of others who are disconnected from the guidance of their soul and even those
who are connected and are guided by their inner soul. It is not a new way of thinking for us on the inner
planes or for your soul but a new way of using the mind for humanity. When the mind thinks over problems
its draws on past experiences and wisdom gained, where as when one consults their soul asking for
guidance, the soul is able to connect with the Creator and gain the most divine and appropriate guidance to
assist you in your life. Using the mind as a tool of control and guidance is in a sense akin to consulting one
book when there is a whole universe of wisdom connected to your soul.
Power within the loving heart of the Creator can represent many positive qualities, most importantly
expansiveness and acceptance of the soul within the human body. Courage, bountiful unconditional love,
caring for others, accepting the truth and a unity with the Creator, mastery, discipline and committing to the
guidance of one’s soul can describe power. When I speak of the power within, I am referring to the loving
source energy of your soul that exists within your physical body, an energy that is magnificently limitless
and influential beyond your imagination. There is much wisdom, enlightenment and many magical abilities
within your soul, these are your power; your power is the essence of your soul. We can comprehend that to
accept our inner power is to believe in the energy of the soul, allowing it to flow into your personality and
reality. When we view our soul as a powerful loving energy we not only accept ourselves as great beacons
of light but we realise that power is simply the truth of the Creator in manifestation on the Earth. Accepting
your inner power is to be connected with and guided by your soul, following your spiritual path with
courage, confidence and emanating love to all. Understanding that all are aspect of the Creator’s soul and
honouring every energy as the Creator’s loving heart in manifestation.
I ask that over the next week you continue to connect with my energy, to sit before the candle of
consciousness and allow my energy to wash over you (as described in part 1.) I ask that you also
contemplate on how your thoughts influence your emotions and the way you act. Try to comprehend
whether every time you make a decision or even think over a situation or problem whether you involve or
contact your soul. Do you allow your mind to hold the power? For now simply make yourself aware of the
patterns of your mind and when you do realise that you may have missed an opportunity of connecting
with your soul, love yourself unconditionally and forgive yourself whole heartedly, affirming, ‘I am always
connected to my soul.’ Do not as yet try to alter your way of thinking or connecting with your inner power
but accept and acknowledge it instead. I also ask that you continue to align to my energies and
consciousness as a process of raising your energy vibration and expanding your awareness.
It is important that as you sit before the flame of consciousness that you imagine this same flame of light
within your chest area, imagining it expanding into your body, aura and surroundings. Even when you are
going about your daily routine imagine the flame of consciousness within your chest area emanating into
your being, surroundings and reality. This will activate your soul allowing it to emanate its power into your
reality. I hope that you can understand that through my communications I am trying to assist all in a major
process of growth so I hope that you will accept the teachings I offer you and allow yourself to focus on the
tasks that I have made you aware of. I am asking you to focus on the energy (power) within your being. To
look within may be uncomfortable for some as past memories can make themselves known once more and
the power of the soul can be overwhelming. It sometimes feels safer to stay at the same level of growth
rather than progressing forward but this is the age of change and so it is incredibly important to gaze
within, focusing on the soul and allowing it to emit from within the physical body with complete faith,
confidence and love within our hearts.

Maintaining Inner Power- Part 1- Introduction-12/01/09
Dear beings of light, I bring many blessings from the high vibrational realms of the Creator’s universe to
the Earth and souls of humanity. It is a great blessing for me to be able to communicate with you today as it
is my first time of channelling my energy and words through the channel, Natalie. It is a great honour to
place my wisdom and insights into the growing consciousness of humanity. I am a powerful light being
holding a cosmic vibration of energy; I am labelled as an Elohim which is given to light beings that manifest
as and radiate the loving thoughts of the Creator. Elohims are the builders of the universe; they energise the
thoughts of the Creator so that the will of the Creator may materialise. Elohims support souls on their
journey of discovery, overseeing the soul’s thoughts and the unity of the soul’s mind with that of the
Creator. When a soul reaches a certain level of mastery concerning the mind then the Elohims begin to work
with this soul on the inner planes to energise their thoughts helping them to gain greater mastery over their
thoughts and eventually materialise the will of their soul into their realities on the Earth. In some ways the
Elohims assist with the integration of a soul with the Creator’s mind.
We hold the thoughts of the Creator within our energy, this is a great responsibility, we must ensure that
our energy and the thoughts of the Creator remain pure and of a high vibration. We then share the thoughts
of the Creator with the Archangels and Ascended Masters even the Elementals to integrate the will of the
Creator into the universe. The Archangels are so sensitive to the feelings of the Creator and the loving heart
of the Creator that they share the will of the Creator that is expressed through feelings and love with us and
the Ascended Masters. The Ascended Masters accept and share both the thoughts and loving heart of the
Creator. We are all one, we hold within us the great expansive and complete being of the Creator’s soul and
yet we are still learning, sharing and understanding. The focus of our work allows us to progress and
comprehend certain qualities of the Creator more than others; it is always good to integrates energies as we
are able to balance the sacred energies of the Creator within us, awakening what already exists. Integration,
expansion and openness are the keys to spiritual development and unity with the Creator’s soul.
In truth I am a light being and aspect of the Creator, labels such as Elohim, Lady or Ascended Master
mean little to me as I am so integrated with the energy of the Creator. They are merely akin to job
descriptions or achievements. The achievements in spiritual growth that I have gained are visible within my
soul as jewels of the most precious light that I can always gaze upon. Even my name, Amora, is a label to
describe my energy; it is not my truth as my truth is the Creator’s soul. I hope that you will understand my
meaning that labels and names simply cause boundaries and limitations and we are each so much more
than this. Saying this it is important for humanity to hold some boundaries as the universe of the Creator
and even your soul are such vast sources of light that they are unimaginable to the human mind.
I ask that you please address me as Amora, I am the bringer of consciousness. I would be honoured if you lit
a candle for me and I will channel a high vibrational consciousness into the candle. As the candle emanates
its light it will emit the consciousness that I place within it into your aura and being as you sit within the
candle. The consciousness that I will place will be the most appropriate for you and will literally emanate
into the room so that you can exist within a higher vibration of consciousness and integrate it gradually into
your mind. When you light the candle you may wish to state;
‘Beloved Amora, I honour and respect you as a source of consciousness and the divine loving thoughts
of the Creator. As I light this candle I dedicate it to you, Amora and ask that you draw close to me to connect
with my energy. Allow me to feel your loving energy around me and to sense your light integrating with
mine. I would be deeply honoured if you would use the power of this candle to anchor the most appropriate
consciousness for me and those around me into the candle, so that it may act as a beacon of high
vibrational light and consciousness in my life and as I meditate now. Allow your high vibrational loving
consciousness to flow forth into my being so that I may accept and integrate the will and loving thoughts of
the Creator into my mind. Thank you for this wonderful gift.’
I ask that you then sit before the candle and allow the powerful waves of light combined with the
consciousness that I share with you to wash over you and melt into your being. You may wish to also repeat
my name, ‘Amora’ as a mantra within your mind to aid our connection. You may see my energy as a bright
yellow luminous light with hints of orange and violet; it is a symbol of my consciousness which I openly
share with you now.
‘Consciousness’ is the vibration of the Creator’s energy that holds illumination, insights and wisdom. It is
energy that when absorbed into the mind, body, aura or being can awaken and activate a new process of
growth, working to raise your energy vibration to new levels. Consciousness can appear as millions of tiny
orbs or bubbles of light washing over and pulsating within your being. It is a most magnificent feeling when
you accept the energy of consciousness; it is liberating, invigorating and will produce a feeling of greater
freedom and pure sharp clarity within the mind. Allow yourself to imagine as you sit within the energy of the
candle that waves of yellow orbs are washing over you and entering into your soul and chakra system. As
you accept my energy of consciousness you will accept my soul light integrating it into your being.
I am an aspect of one soul which has been labelled an Elohim, my combined aspect is named Heros; we
are united as one, as manifesters of the Creator’s will and thoughts. I come forth to you today as the
feminine aspect of our soul. The female aspect of the Creator is truly coming into fruition now; it is the divine
timing for the nurturing energies of the Creator to balance and manifest onto the Earth and throughout the
Creator’s universe. This doesn’t mean that the feminine energy is weaker or any less than the masculine
energies of the Creator but simply means that a balance is and will occur, this is the will of the Creator. The
balance and harmony is occurring because souls are accepting themselves as aspects of the Creator’s
soul, uniting and integrating with all energies of the Creator, it is a raise in vibration that will bring forth
harmony. For much time humanity has accepted the energies of the universe and the Creator in many ways.
The energies of the masculine aspect of each soul and messenger of the Creator is far more noticeable and
prominent, so humanity has realised the energies of many Ascended Masters and Archangels accepting
their deeply loving and wise energies. For some the feminine aspect of souls or the messengers of the
Creator are more subtle and so may have gone unnoticed, but again this was the will of the Creator. A great
number of people on the Earth are now putting their faith into the energy of the Creator, the Ascended
Masters, Archangels and so forth. This trust and faith is a symbol that humanity is ready to advance, to open
and accept the truth. They are now able to accept the feminine aspects of the Creator’s soul and allow
integration to occur. This in no way means that one energy is better than the other as the coming of the
feminine energy is a celebration and a representative that awareness is evolving and unity is manifesting. As
I connect and communicate with you now, my feminine energies that hold both love and power are
balancing and bringing harmony to your being. I hope that this will bring greater insight into the changes
that are occurring on the Earth and the new energies that are drawing forth and making themselves known.
It is my mission and wish to bring forth a collection of wisdom, teachings and comprehension to you as a
gift from my soul. I have named this collection, ‘Maintaining Inner Power.’ My communication with you today
is the first part of the wisdom that I share with you; I wish to assist you in connecting with my energies and
understanding the power that exists within you. I will also discuss how one holds their own inner power
while acting as a loving beacon of light. As the energies of love enter and manifest onto the Earth and within
the souls of many, accepting and manifesting one’s own inner power is becoming more important to

meaning that labels and names simply cause boundaries and limitations and we are each so much more
than this. Saying this it is important for humanity to hold some boundaries as the universe of the Creator
and even your soul are such vast sources of light that they are unimaginable to the human mind.
I ask that you please address me as Amora, I am the bringer of consciousness. I would be honoured if you lit
a candle for me and I will channel a high vibrational consciousness into the candle. As the candle emanates
its light it will emit the consciousness that I place within it into your aura and being as you sit within the
candle. The consciousness that I will place will be the most appropriate for you and will literally emanate

This is completely natural because you exist within a physical body; it is your home and a major aspect of
your energy vibration as a person on the Earth so your mind will always influence your being and actions.
Your soul is also a natural aspect and essence of your existence, in order to grow spiritually there is a
need for you to bind both together as one, implying that you program your thought patterns to be
consciously aware of your soul and most importantly to intentionally continue to draw the power, wisdom
and love of your soul into your being and reality. This is not an easy task but when you begin to
understand that a large percentage of your decisions are governed by your memories and the stored
information within your mind, then you realise that your life could completely altered if you began to
activate your soul and consult it on every aspect of your life. In truth connecting with your soul is a habit
that hasn’t been enforced but you can recreate the habit of constantly consulting your soul by recognising
when a decision is before you, it may be easier to first allow yourself to become aware of large decisions in
your life. When a decision needs to be made, allow yourself to sit in meditation for as long as needs be,
connecting with your soul and asking its guidance. If you allow this practice to become a habit, so that you
consult your soul automatically then you will program your mind to begin to confer with your soul for
smaller matters, even decisions such as what to eat or what colour to wear. Everything that you do in your
life influences your spiritual growth process, by allowing your soul to guide you as to what foods your
body needs or the colour that is most appropriate to assist you with the experiences of the day, you are
ensuring that every aspect and moment of your life is accelerating you forward along your spiritual path to
enlightenment while assisting in the expression of your soul. Realising that every action and choice you
make influences your growth can be a daunting comprehension, but the bond with your soul will build
over time and gradually become a natural part of your life on the Earth. Connecting with your soul
constantly will assist you in developing into a vivid beacon of light, love and your soul’s wisdom; it will
deter you from making automatic judgments or conclusion that distracts you from your truth and the will of
the Creator in your life.
It is most important when trying to develop and integrate this process that you continue to love yourself

soul, do not punish yourself but love yourself even more than before. This is extremely important.

Maintaining Inner Power- Part 4- Integrating the Will of your Soul and the Creator-

Through my teachings I present to you a consciousness that may allow you to awaken to your soul,
programming and mastering your mind to focus on your soul. I offer you the prospect of increasing and
accepting your inner power, bestowing an opportunity to your soul to divinely guide and intervene in your
life and growth. I hope that you will accept the past teachings that I have shared with you, understanding
that I only wish to aid you in connecting with the truth that exists within your being. There is an abundance
of wisdom that I could have shared with you but I believe that building a connection with your soul is the
most divine process of advancing along your spiritual path, bringing the greatest unity with All That Is.
Now I wish to discuss the subject matter which I believe is most needed on the Earth, you must
remember that these are my opinions, you do not have to accept the spiritual advice that I share with you; I
simply wish to bring greater clarity to all. I have described how one can access their soul light and inner
power, explained that by radiating your sacred light you can attract all that you need to travel along your
spiritual path, sharing love and drawing new wisdom from your soul, these are important aspects that allow
you to remain constantly connect with your soul. There is also a need for you to support and nurture your
soul. When you share your soul light with those around you, acting as a constant beacon of light, you will
always receive and radiate light because your soul light flows into and from your being eternally, therefore
allowing your soul to continuously expand. No person can reduce the power of your light, even if they
emanate negative energy to you because your light is so strong. They may only influence and weaken the
light of your soul if you allow them to. Emitting your light as a powerful healing and awakening tool is such a
service to humanity on behalf of the Creator but this must be integrated with the will of the Creator and your
soul. Accepting the will of your soul and the Creator is to recognise the divine plan that has been created for
your life, those around you and all of humanity. Every person is interwoven; if your actions are not guided
by your soul you could disrupt the divine plane of the Creator. Connecting with your soul means that you
take responsibility for your part in this vast universe and respect the role of others. It is to consciously be
aware of when your light, love and wisdom is needed and when you must withdraw it to aid the growth of
others. This can sound like a complicated way of living your life but once you become accustomed to
following the guidance of your soul, you will naturally integrate the will of your soul and the Creator into
your actions, reactions and experiences. When you follow the guidance of your soul you maintain your
inner power, where as when you are advised by the memories of your mind and the wishes of others you
are denying and disregarding the power of your soul.
Emotions can play a large part in encouraging you to give your power away to others especially in your
physical experiences on the Earth. The smallest of experiences and the decision that you make can
contribute to you loosing hold of your soul’s power. I have asked you in my past communication to become
aware of when you connect with your soul and when you use the memories of your mind. I now wish for
you to make yourself aware of when you abide by the wishes of others due to the power of your emotions.
These may be emotions of guilt, fear, empathy, nervousness or doubt, it doesn’t matter how they manifest or
even if they are induced by others, it is important that you realise that your emotions are not being guided by
your soul. Realising that your emotions may be leading you astray is a big step in your spiritual growth.
Once you have accepted this realisation, understanding how often this occurs then you can remember on
these occasions to love yourself and the person involved unconditionally. Then emanate your soul light
from your chest area into your body, aura and surroundings, allow your soul and its sacred wisdom to
blossom into the situation. Ask for the will, guidance and love of your soul to divinely intervene into your
experience, guiding you as to the best action for you to take. Allow or imagine your soul light melting into
your emotional body which is situated in your aura, your light will dissolve any negative or unneeded
emotions and heighten any emotions that you need to be aware of, that are acting as inspiration or an alert.
This will contribute to you becoming accustomed to allowing your soul to be a greater influence in your life.
With the power of your soul integrating and advising you constantly you will become extremely sensitive,
automatically understand when you need to emanate your soul light and when you need to maintain your
inner power and follow the guidance of your soul. On first beginning this challenge you may find it
confusing as you try to bring clarity and differentiate between the will of your soul, your emotions and
emitting love to others to assist and support them. If this occurs, do not give up, it may feel easier continuing
as you are but to accept and accomplish this challenge will instigate a great advancement in your spiritual
growth. It is to discover a new level of your soul, how you live your life and how you can integrate your soul.
It is important in times of confusion to always draw on the love of the Creator, your angels and guides to
cradle and comfort you. Forgive yourself and others and know that it will take time for your mind to be
reprogrammed to continuously connect with your soul. Remember that you are a naturally caring, loving
and wise being and you are simply working to bring clarity to your actions and experiences thus gaining a
greater aspect of mastery over your mind and emotions. The purpose of my teachings for you is to allow

Through my teachings I present to you a consciousness that may allow you to awaken to your soul,
programming and mastering your mind to focus on your soul. I offer you the prospect of increasing and
accepting your inner power, bestowing an opportunity to your soul to divinely guide and intervene in your
life and growth. I hope that you will accept the past teachings that I have shared with you, understanding
that I only wish to aid you in connecting with the truth that exists within your being. There is an abundance
of wisdom that I could have shared with you but I believe that building a connection with your soul is the
most divine process of advancing along your spiritual path, bringing the greatest unity with All That Is.
Now I wish to discuss the subject matter which I believe is most needed on the Earth, you must
remember that these are my opinions, you do not have to accept the spiritual advice that I share with you; I
simply wish to bring greater clarity to all. I have described how one can access their soul light and inner
power, explained that by radiating your sacred light you can attract all that you need to travel along your
spiritual path, sharing love and drawing new wisdom from your soul, these are important aspects that allow
you to remain constantly connect with your soul. There is also a need for you to support and nurture your
soul. When you share your soul light with those around you, acting as a constant beacon of light, you will
always receive and radiate light because your soul light flows into and from your being eternally, therefore
allowing your soul to continuously expand. No person can reduce the power of your light, even if they
emanate negative energy to you because your light is so strong. They may only influence and weaken the
light of your soul if you allow them to. Emitting your light as a powerful healing and awakening tool is such a
service to humanity on behalf of the Creator but this must be integrated with the will of the Creator and your
soul. Accepting the will of your soul and the Creator is to recognise the divine plan that has been created for
your life, those around you and all of humanity. Every person is interwoven; if your actions are not guided
by your soul you could disrupt the divine plane of the Creator. Connecting with your soul means that you
take responsibility for your part in this vast universe and respect the role of others. It is to consciously be
aware of when your light, love and wisdom is needed and when you must withdraw it to aid the growth of
others. This can sound like a complicated way of living your life but once you become accustomed to
following the guidance of your soul, you will naturally integrate the will of your soul and the Creator into
your actions, reactions and experiences. When you follow the guidance of your soul you maintain your
inner power, where as when you are advised by the memories of your mind and the wishes of others you
are denying and disregarding the power of your soul.
Emotions can play a large part in encouraging you to give your power away to others especially in your
physical experiences on the Earth. The smallest of experiences and the decision that you make can
contribute to you loosing hold of your soul’s power. I have asked you in my past communication to become
aware of when you connect with your soul and when you use the memories of your mind. I now wish for
you to make yourself aware of when you abide by the wishes of others due to the power of your emotions.
These may be emotions of guilt, fear, empathy, nervousness or doubt, it doesn’t matter how they manifest or
even if they are induced by others, it is important that you realise that your emotions are not being guided by
your soul. Realising that your emotions may be leading you astray is a big step in your spiritual growth.
Once you have accepted this realisation, understanding how often this occurs then you can remember on
these occasions to love yourself and the person involved unconditionally. Then emanate your soul light
from your chest area into your body, aura and surroundings, allow your soul and its sacred wisdom to
blossom into the situation. Ask for the will, guidance and love of your soul to divinely intervene into your
experience, guiding you as to the best action for you to take. Allow or imagine your soul light melting into
your emotional body which is situated in your aura, your light will dissolve any negative or unneeded
emotions and heighten any emotions that you need to be aware of, that are acting as inspiration or an alert.
This will contribute to you becoming accustomed to allowing your soul to be a greater influence in your life.
With the power of your soul integrating and advising you constantly you will become extremely sensitive,
automatically understand when you need to emanate your soul light and when you need to maintain your
inner power and follow the guidance of your soul. On first beginning this challenge you may find it
confusing as you try to bring clarity and differentiate between the will of your soul, your emotions and
emitting love to others to assist and support them. If this occurs, do not give up, it may feel easier continuing
as you are but to accept and accomplish this challenge will instigate a great advancement in your spiritual
growth. It is to discover a new level of your soul, how you live your life and how you can integrate your soul.
It is important in times of confusion to always draw on the love of the Creator, your angels and guides to
cradle and comfort you. Forgive yourself and others and know that it will take time for your mind to be
reprogrammed to continuously connect with your soul. Remember that you are a naturally caring, loving
and wise being and you are simply working to bring clarity to your actions and experiences thus gaining a
