We are the white beings we come to you from a planet far away, a star that is filled with pure light and holds
our soul group and community. We live at peace and as a whole. We are one soul that is one with the creator.
We have spoken to you before so it is very pleasing to be able to communicate once more in this positive way.
We are beings of pure white light and we offer you a healing bath. This we will guide you through and it will
heal your being and your soul. Any emotional problems or physical injuries will be healed. We give you this
mediation as a gift for healing to take place.
First lay down somewhere comfortable and relax. When you lay down your body becomes completely
relaxed and when you are relaxed your energy is easier to move so we are able to remove the negative energy
from you easily. Negative energy causes problems in your body and in your soul so healing is important.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself not in your room but lying on a clear quartz crystal bed. It is rise slightly
from the ground. You are lying comfortably on this large block of stone, breath deeply and allow the quartz
crystal energy to be absorbed by your body. This crystal is extremely strong and is cleansing and clearing
your aura, body and soul of any negative energy that you have absorbed, created or has stagnated in your
being. Allow this clear but powerful energy to fill your whole being and know that you are being cleansed on all
levels.
As you concentrate on how this feels I will describe your surroundings. Your crystal bed is in the centre of the
room. The room is a circular shape and there are candles glowing brightly all around the edge of the walls. A
soft incense smell comes from the candles and fills the room. It is relaxing and promotes harmony and balance
in your being. The room is nice and bright but comfortable to the eyes. White wall surround you and they spiral
upwards into a cone shape in the very centre of the ceiling. As you look up into the centre of the ceiling you
can see a white ball hovering. It is pure white light. Watch this ball hover above you until you feel ready to
invite it into your space. When you are ready call on it and ask it to heal you. You will see the white ball getting
bigger and bigger as it gets closer to your bed. It is now a thin layer of white light that is laying a few inches
above your body. You may notice also that the room has been filled with the white beings. All you can see is
many glowing white energy bodies. These are loving beings that have come to heal and help you. They form a
circle around you and begin to radiate their white healing energy of the creator into your being and the layer of
white energy melts into your body. This layer of light is healing the physical part of your being. The white
beings are healing and energising your aura and spirit energy.
Just relax and enjoy this experience, knowing that you are safe, you are cleansed and are being healed. You
can stay like this for as long as you wish. When you feel healed and energised with the love and light of these
beings then you can thank them for their work.

If you are drawn to this meditation then maybe it is the time for you to begin to open your inner eye. This allows
you to see into the spirit world and see your guides and the beings around you. This is a blessing but for some
of you the time may not be right. We all grow and progress at different a rate which makes us so divinely
unique. By practicing this mediation once or twice a month you will begin to gain a clear vision through your
inner eye. This is also called your third eye and is situated in the centre of your forehead.
We wish you to begin by lying down quietly and relaxed as you silence your mind. Ask for the protection of
Archangel Michael and the Angels of Protection. Then call on your guides and angels, ask them if it is the
correct time for you to practice this meditation, and then listen carefully to their answer. It may come as a word,
sensation, feeling or just a knowing. Trust in yourself and know that the answer is correct for you.
Now that you are relaxed and comfortable we can begin the meditation. Please begin by imagining yourself
sitting under a great and large tree in the middle of a beautiful garden filled with wild flowers and plants. Your
back is leaning up against the tree’s trunk. You thank the tree for allowing you to sit in its glorious energy. This
tree has stood for many years and was part of the tree community of Atlantis. You feel humbled and honoured
to be in its presence. Sit quietly and see if you can feel the energy of the tree. Does it have any words of wisdom
for you? When you feel ready you notice that there is a small natural hole in the trunk of the tree it is just above
your right shoulder. Look inside the hole, it is safe, inside you will see a small stone glistening in the sunlight,
reach into the small hole and take out the stone. In your hand lays a small crystal, it has been saved by the tree
and holds the healing and releasing energy from Atlantis. What colour is the crystal and what shape is it? Know
that whatever comes to mind is correct for you.
Now lay down on the ground with your top of your head or crown chakra up against the tree. You can see the
tree trunk and its branches extend above you. Place your special crystal on your forehead/third eye. Allow the
healing energy of the tree to flow through your crown chakra and into your body. It is a luxurious green colour,
which flows through your body and out the bottom of your feet. It is cleansing all negativity from your being and
sending it into the earth so that mother earth may collect it and turn it into positive energy.
Now we ask you to call on the white beings.
” I call the loving Beings of White energy and light into my life, I ask you to come close into my aura and sit with
me as I meditate. Please help me to open my inner eye and see the truth of the creator and his loving beings of
spirit. Thank you.”

civilisation pure at heart but also tells of the power of fear and greed. It was this corruption that destroyed the
land and dissolved the love created by its community. Atlantis is spoken of highly by both beings of the light
and beings of the darkness. They both value the lessons that were gained from this life; of course both have
different reasons and value different experiences. The light beings marvel in the way in which these wise beings
lived on the plane, they inhabited semi physical and semi spirit bodies. Born with physical bodies they allowed
their being to ascend in spiritual growth resulting in the vibrations of their body lightening. Many wish to learn

cannot function well while visiting. Portholes and temples with sacred space and raised vibrations have allowed
us to visit and communicate for many years but now we are pleased to say that we have mastered the way in
which we can descend and communicate with beings without the need of these sacred spaces. It gives us a
great deal of freedom as we can lend our energy and touch the hearts of many more with our light. We have
realised also that still beings find our energy of a high vibration but it is our belief that as your raise your
vibration our communication will flow easier.

several occasions. We have a great deal of knowledge about this time as we were honoured with a special
temple given to us by the Atlantean community so that we could visit and communicate easily. This temple
placed on calculated energy lines are where a porthole would allow us to descend safely to the plane. The
beings filled this temple with sacred energy and high vibrations so that we visit with ease. Healing chambers
where formed so that many could be healed by our energy and listen to our wisdom. Our work was for the light
and the creator and a selfless gift to the souls of the community. Many studied with us and connections grew

We envelop you in our love as we step forward to guide and inspire you. We are the Celestial White Being,
we are energy and consciousness more than form or personality, and we exist as, with and through the
Creator. It is our greatest mission to share our celestial light and loving energy with humanity and the Earth at
this sacred time when change is afoot. We present ourselves to you as a cosmic energy that you may
connect with to enhance and empower your spiritual development, realisation of yourself and acceptance of
the Creator. Simply ask during meditation to be aligned to the source light of the Celestial White Beings and to
receive a boost to your energy and spiritual development.
One of the greatest realisations that we wish to make you aware of is that you are more than you could
possibly imagine, and if you could by chance imagine, then you would be so much more than this too! To
focus upon yourself as you see and understanding yourself now is essential for your spiritual development
and schooling on the Earth but it is also delusional because in many ways you are concentrating on a false
aspect of yourself rather than your greater truth. This can be difficult to understand because as you exist on
the Earth you must stay grounded and anchored into the physical planes and your reality to enable you to
remain as a student of the Earth. To contemplate that everything around you is an illusion can bring thoughts
of fear, uncertainty and mistrust but you must remember that you are always taking small steps forward,
meaning that you are realising the truth about yourself and your reality with every moment of your life.
Therefore you are gradually shifting from a reality that is created from a lower aspect of yourself to a reality
that is born from a higher, brighter, finer, clearer aspect of yourself, truth and soul. If you are willing to accept
that everything in your life is needed and holds a purpose, that you created situations both good and bad and
that you have the ability to transform anything you desire, then you are taking a step forward in awakening
your inner power.
The most powerful observation and belief is that you are worthy of all that you have already created in your
reality. You are even worthy of the bad experiences because they allowed you to grow, realise and become a
stronger person. When you begin to appreciate all that you have and appreciate that you created the life that
you live you begin to understand how powerful you actually are. Even if you believe you are not spiritually
evolved, looking at your reality and observing all that you have created through thought, intentions and

To master your energy, emotions and mind there is a need for you to evaluate and review your own energies,
intentions and feelings, therefore understanding yourself more fully and realising in which areas greater care
is needed or greater focus upon positivity and the light. To review your energies is a positive action that
allows you to release baggage, unneeded habits and belief systems. Essentially you are brushing away the
mud to reveal the beauty and perfection within you which is naturally your truth. Positive evaluation of one’s
energy brings forth positive results of growth and self understanding. This cannot be labelled judgement as it
has no negative connotations or energy but is simply a positive action of growth. When we begin to evaluate
the energies of another in the same way this can be helpful for our own perception of energy but it can also
be seen as an act of judgement. One must take control of their own energies before they hold the right to
evaluate the energy of another, even then humans on the Earth have such personal and individual spiritual
and physical experiences, meaning that as a human you can never truly connect or understand the feelings
of another human due to the physical separation. It is important to remember this and realise that a person’s
spiritual development is their own unique journey, as an onlooker of this you can only truly support and
encourage another, rather than judging their energy believing this will inspire their growth. There is a very fine
line between judgment and positive assistance of one’s spiritual growth.

greater understanding but only when its core energy is love of the highest vibration.
It is important to analyse your own energies, the energies you experience in your reality as these are an
expression of your inner equilibrium and presence as well as reviewing the energy of the Earth wondering in

others that is needed. With this existence the energy behind judgement dissolves and becomes positive and

the Earth. Imagine if we were able to detach from the energy that the words and their actions hold so that
there came a point when we used the word fear or said a judgement about ourselves but that the negative
energy behind these words had been completely released so that they had no power. Imagine if fear and
judgment became a concept of the past and we only offered loving assistance and support to each other;
imagine the power that love would hold. When we say the word love to ourselves we can feel its power and
the energy of love that exists on the Earth from the past. If you say fear, hate or judgement to yourself try to
evaluate if this holds a greater strength than the word love. Truthfully it is love that holds the strength as love
is the truth of the Creator but the illusions of the human mind can allow fear to be perceived as the powerful
energy as it holds a great hold upon many. When you can feel the strength of love you will be able to
acknowledge that the energy and presence of love is building within and around you.

so the words, thoughts or actions of judgement alter and follow a path of expressive love to all and yourself.
It may seem unusually to think of altering a word and its meaning but we must remember that everything on
the Earth holds an energy. Every word that you use and take for granted in your reality holds an energy that is
either positive or negative, when used it adds to the energy within your being, reality and the Earth. Negative
words and their actions such as judgment, hate and fear all hold a powerful energy because they have been
used over years with every person adding their energy and negative experiences to the words. Every time we
think or act in fear we are adding to the energy of fear on the Earth, we are also collecting the fears of others
from the past into our own energy, essentially doubling and empowering the energy and influence of fear on
the Earth. Imagine if we were able to detach from the energy that the words and their actions hold so that
there came a point when we used the word fear or said a judgement about ourselves but that the negative
energy behind these words had been completely released so that they had no power. Imagine if fear and
judgment became a concept of the past and we only offered loving assistance and support to each other;
imagine the power that love would hold. When we say the word love to ourselves we can feel its power and
the energy of love that exists on the Earth from the past. If you say fear, hate or judgement to yourself try to
evaluate if this holds a greater strength than the word love. Truthfully it is love that holds the strength as love
is the truth of the Creator but the illusions of the human mind can allow fear to be perceived as the powerful
energy as it holds a great hold upon many. When you can feel the strength of love you will be able to
acknowledge that the energy and presence of love is building within and around you.
Our message to you through this channelling is that your actions and thoughts can heal the world as well
as aiding your mastery and connection with the Creator. We wish for you to love all as you love yourself. If
you don’t believe your love of others holds a great strength then you must look within you to see if your love
for yourself is true and committed. Often when we hold judgment or fears of or towards another it is because
we are unable to love ourselves wholeheartedly. Love yourself wholeheartedly and you will see your
thoughts and actions towards others change. It is important to also realise that energy is created from every
action and thought you create; this energy acts as building blocks to your own reality and charges the
energy already in existence on the Earth.
This is something that we hope you will agree needs deep contemplation to understand that every word you
speak and think affects the energy of the Earth and your reality. The responsibility lies with you; this has
always been the case but as you are evolving now there is a need for you to become aware of this and
accountable of your own energy and the building light of the Earth.
